What an excellent pharmacy - a great team of people and an approachable pharmacist. Always prepared to take the extra step and with the revolutionary 24/7 prescription collection service, I can collect my prescription to avoid the Kirkham traffic. I am always amazed that all my monthly prescriptions can be packed and delivered from the machine, never a problem. Sorry, that is a lie. Some time ago I went to collect a prescription and the machine wasn’t working - by the time that I had managed to contact someone, the pharmacist had already received a message from the machine and he was on his way to fix the problem. ***** 5 stars without a shadow of doubt. Keep up the excellent service.

Excellent quick PCR travel test service ideal for those travelling Monday or Tuesdays and unwilling to risk the dodgy reliveries/results with having a test pack sent and havint to wait for it. At GBP220 the serice is not cheap but results were on my phone only 9 hours after taking the test. Highly recommended

Excellent service

On 2 occasions now my medication has got stuck in the machine. The medication i’m on needs to be taken every single day. Both times it’s got stuck have been when I’ve gone to collect it out of hours. What’s the point in a 24/7 machine if items are going to get stuck in the vending machine. This really needs looking at.

Generally great but I have had two potentially serious problems with this pharmacy. Firstly, they delivered someone else's medication to me, so now I know what medications another person takes and, from that, what medical conditions they have (serious breach of privacy). Secondly, they have dispensed incorrect medication to me.
