Adam Little Boxing

Adam is an absolutely brilliant Business owner and Boxing Coach. He is runs a top class Boxing gym. He has a staff of 4 fantastic coaches all with different teaching styles and and skill sets. I would highly recommend the gym for all ages and abilities.

I’ve been using for Adam for over 3 years now and love going training. Whether it be boxing training, fitness, circuits, strength it’s all good and you’re actually being trained by an active professional sportsman. I’ve always recommended Adam if anyone is looking for a PT because quite simply, he’s kept someone like me coming back for over 3 years - so he must be doing something right.

I’ve been having PT with Adam for a couple of years now. His boxing and general fitness knowledge is fantastic.
Every session is different which keeps me interested and wanting to come back for more. I would highly recommend giving Adam a shout if you’re looking to improve your fitness.

My little girl just done a 1 on 1 with Adam he,s good with kids the enthusiasm and encouragement is A1, she trains other sports and boxing is to assist her performance
