Charoland Farm Caravan Site (Adults Only)

Just spent bank holiday wk end here . This is a absolute stunning site a place everybody should visit to see what a pure haven adult only peaceful site should be . Having visited many adult only site this is by far the best 👌. Walter and Jane are so nice keep the site absolutely immaculate. Carnt wait for our next visit in June. A site you must visit to experience .p.s the pictures don't do this site justice

Just back home following a wonderful 2 night stay at Charoland Farm. It's a mere 10 minute drive from our house yet it felt like we were a million miles away. So peaceful and quiet. Immaculately clean facilities and well maintained gardens/site. They have even created a communal BBQ/picnic area. And the block paving is just beautiful. Jane and Walter should be very proud of their achievements.They obviously work very hard but still make time for a wave or a chat. Bargain price @£25 a night. We have a solar powered motorhome and used only £2 of electric (metered on the site so you only pay for what you use). We brought our own food but there is an Indian restaurant within walking distance. Lytham, St Annes and Blackpool on the doorstep.

Highly recommended - we will be back.

Of all the campsites I have stayed on Charoland has by far the most beautiful well kept grounds & pristine facilities. The self check-in / check-out was simple to follow & the site felt extremely safe for a lone female traveller. I will definitely be returning next time I visit the area.

We have just stayed at Charoland for four nights in glorious weather. The hardstanding pitch was great for our motorhome. Toilets are spotless and checked throughout the day. The garden in which the site is situated is a delight-lots of trees, flowers and shrubs surround the vans. It’s an easy site to access from M55 and the access road is good. We have just returned from 4 nights at Charoland, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The facilities are adequate, with only one toilet and shower for women, and the same for men, but the site itself is immaculately maintained and very peaceful. Jane and Walter are welcoming and friendly.

Stayed here a few years ago in a tent, and what a chilled out weekend it was. Jane is so lovely and her husband they really make you feel so welcome and are always happy to help.
A few weeks ago we went again but had upgraded to a touring caravan, and stayed for a long weekend, yet again we was met with Jane and her husband and she instantly recognised us from our previous visit.
Honestly this lovely little site is worth staying on, can’t wait for our next visit hopefully soon.

Had a fabulous weekend here last weekend. So quiet and peaceful. Jane and Walter are great hosts, very helpful, even helping with the awning.
Having the electric charged separately is a bonus. You only pay for what you use. When it’s included in the price the owners have to estimate what they think you will use. It was under £2 a day for us.
We will be back.

We stayed for 4 days and loved every moment.
It's is one of the most immaculate sites we have ever seen. Highly recommended and we shall be returning.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely site which is peaceful and relaxing, the pitches and facilities are well laid out and kept immaculate. The very friendly and helpful owners made our stay a most enjoyable one.

Just spent a weekend at this gem of a park. Was met by the lovely owner with a box of fresh farm eggs. The pitches are first rate. Block paved. With grass for your awning. There is a lovely feature in the middle with fish pond, seating and a barbecue for communal use. Highly reccomend this park for anyone anyone looking for a nice quiet site. Got to be one of the best kept sites i have visited. Cant wait to go back

What a gem this campsite is. Beautifully maintained and ideally located for Lytham a beautiful coastal town. We cycled along country lanes to visit Lytham then cycled along the sea front-amazing. Walter and Jane were super friendly and very knowledgeable about local area. A very tranquil site with gorgeous tress bushes and flowers. We will come back.

Our 2nd visit in 12 months to this fabulous petite adults only site, set in well maintained gardens by Walter. Large paved area for car and caravan with awning on grass.
Easy reach and good routes of places to visit, Lytham St Anne's and Blackpool being 2.
A warm welcome by Jane and Walter who can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one

What a wonderful clean site. Just had 5 days here. The hole site blocked paving. Walter and Jane have worked very hard. It's a great site to relax. I would recommend this site. Showers are excellent. The best adult site we have been on. Thanks to Walter and Jane nothing to much trouble always willing to help. Thanks John and Lorraine

A beautiful, tranquil and adult only site, immaculately maintained by Walter & Jane. We had 4 very enjoyable and relaxing nights there and are now looking forward, to returning in the very near future for a much longer stay. Walter gave us directions of a circular walk from the site which included the fisheries, where we had a coffees and cakes, before returning to the site.

We have just had a fantastic weekend at Charoland Farm, credit to Jane and Walter for there hard work providing an immaculate quality camp site.
The grass, shrubs and all pitches are perfectly maintained along with up to date facilities, the site is 100% COVID safe.
We will definitely be returning in the near future.

A gem of a site just 10 vans immaculately kept. The communal facilities are spotless and operate a traffic light system so you have sole use. The site is a credit to the owners Jane and Walter. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place so relaxing in a lovely part of rural fylde coast. We will be back

Charoland adult only site is immaculate in every aspect, if you want a quiet relaxed break with nothing to do out in the country this is for you. The site is safe and totally enclosed from the working farm. Walter and Jane do an amazing job, even the arrival "check in" has been so well thought out, well done. Ron

We had a great long weekend here. Not to far from home but a great get away.

Excellent facilities. Pitches for motor homes, caravans and tents. A total of 8. Making it a lovely quiet site. Very secure with a locking gate.

Level pitches, hard standings. Lovely surroundings and very friendly people. We were welcomed onto the site and given a box of free range eggs from their chickens.

Excellent access fromm the motorway. Great location to get to Fleetwood, Cleveleys, St Anne's.

Our first time, but we would certainly visit again for a quick getaway. And would recommend it.

It is adult only but dogs are welcome.

If your looking for a nice quiet site, good access, and very relaxing, I'd highly recommend it.
