Ashdown Cabins

I'm sure Ashdown create beautiful garden rooms and sheds, but sadly I will never have the pleasure of such structures in my new home.

I waited and waited for a quote, after receiving two visits to my garden from their site manager. After several follow-up phone calls from me, still no quote and continued promises. I even asked outright if they wanted the job and they assured me they did, so foolishly I carried on waiting.

Not only has Ashdown wasted my time, I've also lost money whilst waiting - the cost of storing furniture intended for the new garden room.

The access to my property is a little difficult, but not impossible. Having waited since February (now May) for the quote, I've finally given up and have paid my deposit to a garden building firm in Pontypool. Not only have they been extremely helpful with their practical advice, they are enthusiastic about the project. Unlike Ashdown, they understand the value of good customer service.
