RCA came to the rescue as our boiler was on its last legs! Day of installation the team arrived. What a pleasure they were. Polite, efficient and tidied as they went along. All fitted in a day and lots of tests before leaving to ensure we were up and running again. Great boiler fitted at a good price. Already seen the gas consumption drop!!! Would highly recommend Ryan and his team.

I have used RCA several times now and they will be my go to for any plumbing or heating issues. Phone call answered within a couple of rings, lady I spoke to was delightful and efficient. Visit planned in timely fashion. Professionals arrived on time, sorted the plumbing issue, carried out the job effectively and cleaned up all the mess. Absolutely no complaints of issues. What more can I add. Oh yes appropriate pricing and cost for the professional services.

Ryan responded to a request about a leak very quickly, was able to have a member of his team out first thing the next day at a time that suited me. Leak sorted and another detected and also sorted. Very pleasant engineer and apprentice, would highly recommend them and will definitely use again if required.

I vetted more companies than I had hoped to when it came to my installation. RCA was the only company that allowed me to be confident they could deliver what I was asking for from a modern installation. I was not let down, all the communications were first class, as was the installation itself.

Everyone I have dealt with during the process has been as good as anyone could expect, with the end product being superior to anything I have previously experienced dealing with plumbers and heating engineers.

We had a breakdown of our 20 year boiler and we called on RCA, who came out promptly. Unfortunately the boiler was beyond repair( it was 20 years old after all?) Ryan offered us the best option for our needs, for a new boiler and installation. Ryan and Chase fitted the new boiler within days. They also offered us heating equipment, during the delay. The entire work was carried out between 8am and 4pm. The whole works were carried out in a most professional way, with little disturbance and the area left spotlessly clean and tidy. We were so pleased with the work, the price and the after service , scheduled on an yearly basis with the boiler having a 10 year warranty. The really good news is that not only is the boiler reliable and quieter, but much cheaper than the old one, to run. All in all a good result, well

After our old boiler was condemned we were left with no heating or hot water. Ryan made us a priority to help minimise our discomfort. From quote through to installation Ryan and team at RCA Plumbing and Heating were a pleasure to deal with. We wanted the boiler in an internal cupboard which was a challenging space but they did it without complaint. All pipes and associated electrical work were upgraded to meet required standards. When finished Ryan explained how the boiler worked and all the controls. He helped set up the app on my phone. Gas safety certificate and guarantee were sent to my email within the week. The job was completed with minimum disruption to us and our home decor. When I called early morning a few months later for advice on water pressure Ryan took the time to talk through the boiler controls yet again. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and his team at RCA Plumbing and Heating.

Had my boiler serviced, the chaps who came were professional, informative and very reliable. The price was affordable and I was overall really pleased with the service. Trustworthy, professional and local.

This was a complicated plumbing job but RCA were very efficient and managed to solve the issue. They were all pleasant and friendly. They also cleaned up well. The cost was very reasonable, despite the time they had to spend on this.

Very pleased with service offered by Ryan and his team. Service my Valiant boiler annually and on their recommendation fitted a valve to my system to make it easier to control pressure . Very friendly and patient with their advice . Have no hesitation in recommending them to others .

Our boiler broke down two weeks before Christmas 2022, Ryan very kindly managed to swap jobs around to get us slotted in as we had no hot water or heating. Phoned for emergency repair as my Aunt was just out of hospital and her heating was not working. Engineer turned up within 3 hrs and stayed until it was fixed, even returning the next morning because he wasn't quite happy and wanted to fit another part. Charged as quoted, no additional charges for 2nd visit. Fantastic service. Highly recommend this company.

I can't recommend this company enough. Our previous shower was badly installed so we had to rip out the tiles and the majority of plasterboard that went with it. We contacted RCA and someone came out very quickly to have a look and got started straight away. They were great from start to finish and even picked out the materials we needed for us as we didn't have a clue. A joiner was needed and they organised that too - also very happy with his side of the work! Our shower looks fantastic and we'll definetely use them again in the future.

Fantastic company, they sorted out problems with our Wickes installed bathroom. Highly professional and genuinely nice people.
