I have been with this practice five and a half years, only once have I felt let down by them and that was resolved quickly the next day. Yesterday I went to them with very worrying symptoms that I knew could be serious. The doctor dealt with me very efficiently, didn’t rush and arranged immediate tests with the nurse, plus an X-ray, every possibility is being investigated. I feel reassured. People must have been waiting longer for their appointments as I was given priority. Waiting can be annoying but sometimes people need and should be given extra time. I would recommend this surgery

I would like to say a very big thank you to the practice for seeing me so promptly, I did an e-consult on Tuesday afternoon, the GP rang me on Wednesday morning and offered me an appointment that day, which unfortunately I could not make, so was offered one the next day at Victoria Surgery, the Dr who I saw was very professional and gave me a though examination then prescribed medication for my symptoms, with all the negativity about getting to see a GP, I would say I was seen quickly, thank you once again.

Had my flu jab this morning and was impressed how organised the staff were in keeping patients at a safe distance from each other and how quickly we were seen and a special thanks to Fiona for making it as painless as possible knowing how I hate needles so thank you x

I was very fortunate to see a doctor they seem to be a very rare breed

Always really helpful, fast to help with my mental health. Once I did have a bad call with a receptionist but called back to speak to someone else and everything was resolved and a note on the receptionist file about the incident.

Never runs on time. No apologies or explanation for running late. Some staff rude and uninterested.

Poor service receptionists have a attitude problems

Need to book an appointment to see a doctor for my day off as I work full time. Can’t book future appointments only same day. Ring on the day and by 8:03am, all same day appointments are gone. The receptionist I spoke to is the most rude human being I have ever spoken to! Denying medical care!!!!!!

After seeing a mental health professional yesterday, he asked me to make an appointment to see a doctor to review my medication. I went to reception and she told me to ring the surgery today. Rang the surgery at 8am to be on hold for 30 minutes only to be told that they were not taking appointments for today and to ring back tomorrow at 8am. I guess it’s a case of “better luck next time”

If I could have given a zero I would have, what an awful system. Why can't they tell you their busy straight off without making you wait and go through all the options then cut you off.

Once again the surgery has let us down. Doctor came out last night and prescribed medication. He said he would ask for it to be delivered. As it hadn't arrived by 2pm I rang the chemist and was told they hadn't received the prescription and to phone the surgery. Rang the surgery and they said prescription had been done but they didn't know where it was. I was promised a call back but got fed up of waiting so rang the chemist at 3.30 to see if prescription was there and it was. So why didn't I get a call. This isn't the first time this has happened to us, I want to make a complaint as we both have terminal cancer and could do without this added stress. Please advise how I go about this.

I would like it noted that the chemist has been more than helpful.

Went to pick prescription up, shut at 5.30 when it says 6.30 on web, could you update your opening hours please

They keep changing prescriptions put them in 72 hours before you need them now it’s seven days before you need them and I can’t even to let you know
