I was really impressed with Jump In today. Had a birthday party and staff were very friendly and helpful. Kieran was the party supervisor and was great. He made sure the girls had lots of fun. We set up a tab for coffees for the parents and paid at the end. The pizzas were pretty good too. Plus they tidy up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to take the kids to let off steam. It has a kids' soft play area for 0-5s, and a large cafe area, as well as a few arcade type machines. The trampolines appear to be well maintained, and as well as the trampoline arena, there's an air cushion, trapeze, foam pit, balance beam, basketball area and dodgeball court.

Took my 21 year old daughter and 6 year old granddaughter for an hour of jumping good fun. Both enjoyed it equally and the facilities are clean and up-to-date. Nice cafe too serving drinks and snacks.

Absolutely fantastic. Safety and organisation excellent. Slight issue with website booking as it was easy to book wrong date...which I did. However they sorted it out. Chap at reception was excellent. Took kids ranging from 18month to 8 year. Something for all of them to do. They were totally knackered by the end. Will definitely come back.

Great place to take the kids. Not too keen on the way the waiting area is set up, it's just a space with tables, you feel like you're in no mans land. I never feel particularly comfortable waiting. The bench tables and soft seating areas are more pleasant. The tables could do with being cleared sooner rather than later. Staff are friendly at reception but often distracted and not that attentive in the cafe but that may have changed now. Offers for after shool and during holiday times make it more affordable and encourages you to go more often. Saying that I think encouraging adults to jump later with some offers may also be desirable.

I brought a Youth Group along to this trampoline park. We had an experience exceeding our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful, right from booking, and this continued on the day. We were made to feel very welcome, checking in was easy and thorough. The youth were taught different trampolining skills, and encouraged by the staff. The food was excellent, there was plenty enough for the hungry youth to be more than satisfied. Thank you so much.

Had my son's 8th birthday here, really couldn't have asked for more. The booking and waiver signing system is very straight forward, the party host was polite and good with the children, and the pizzas went down a storm with them after they had bounced for over an hour. Would definitely do again because it's a great party - not just because it keeps 10 small children out of my house!!

Very clean and tidy, staff are very vigilant and bullies are not tolerated which is a fantastic change from from our local place where you have to break up fights between kids! Overall, was a very chilled out and fun experience instead of the stress of the other place. Brilliant!

First time going there and it was amazing so much to do. Kids love it and you turn back into a kid when there. Food and drink is a good price and staff are fantastic.

Kids had a really good time jumping and bouncing around.
your able to sit and watch the kids jumping. For 2 children to jump for 1 hour 30 mins cost £26.
You can get snacks and drinks there but you can just take your own if you wanted.

Absolutely lovely place. Staff so helpful and on hand at all times. I would totally recommend it. My granchildren 8 and 10 had a great time. I liked that it was spotlessly clean.

It has a lot of fun features such as a trapeze, foam pit, basket ball hoops and an airbag you can jump onto. For children under 5 there is a small play area for them to have fun in safely. They also have a toddler zone for toddlers to jump in. The music is quiet enough to be able to chat, too.

So much fun! Took 3 year old and 18 month old at 9am on a Saturday. All 3 of us had fun. Great cafe too. Lovely staff.

Such a great and flawless experience at Jump In Tonbridge, and definitely one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. My friends and I visited from London at lunchtime on a weekday and practically had the entire place to ourselves. The trampoline area had all different kinds of activities setups - some designed to be more challenging than others, but all of which were incredibly fun! I especially loved the trapeze.
The staff were also friendly, athletic, and very talented! Thank you so much for the wonderful afternoon.

Our two and a half year olds loved it. Though we've only been once it does seem they limit tickets, so it didn't feel overcrowded.

Really great fun, the kid seems to like it as well! Held a birthday party there which everyone seemed to really enjoy, and the pizzas are excellent

If you love jumping...jump in! Complete necessary waiver online to save time. Safety briefing needed before jumping so allow time. Cafe onsite with a limited offering. Organised and clean with helpful staff. A little chilly unless you are jumping. Great for young and old :)

Lots of fun for all. This was a great place to bring the kids, and the parents also get to join in too.

There are trampolines wall to wall, configured in different shapes, sizes and angles in the main arena.

There is a foam pit and balance beam with Pugil sticks and helments for gladiator style challenges. Alongside, is a spring board-like trampoline from which to be propelled onto a large inflated landing pad.
A high swing lets those over 1.2m somersault onto a soft landing under supervision of course!

A trampoline dodgeball court and two trampoline based basketball hoops means there are lots of different activities to explore.

There is a section for smaller children with various toys, but on quieter days, it's OK to bring them into the main arena.

The standard session is 1 hour, which seemed to be plenty long enough. Make sure you book in advance and arrive early as you need to watch the safety video every time you visit. There are dedicated kids sessions on weekday mornings, with their own discouts, and also some excercise classes.

The first time you visit, you will also have to purchase special grip socks, however if you have some from similar venues you might be OK.

There is a cafe with a seating area for those that are not jumping, or need a rest. There appeared to be just enough for everyone there.
We found that there wasn't much of a healthy choice for children, so next time we'll bring packed lunch!

I really like jump in it's a really fun place to go with my friends and learn new trampoline tricks. Sometimes it's busy but not too bad. The staff don't really let you do much though... a lot of rules!

You know you are getting old when you are scared to do backflips. My brother can do backflips - it's on my bucket list.

Jump in is amazing.

Imagine a whole warehouse of trampolines, even up the walls, pour in a bucket load of sweaty adults and children, and some cheery music, and you've arrived.

I went twice on my paternity leave, great fun, and even better exercise :)
