Vets4Pets - Coalville

This astounding vet does what the other vets claim to do - a thoughtful, insightful, individual approach to each pet.
Without the marketing 'spin' and clever advertising of bigger practices, she is more than they will ever be.
I have 8 rescues with harrowing pasts. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My recently experience with this Vets4Pets branch was fantastic, everyone helped (Dawn and Sophie) was super nice, friendly, understanding and professional, they did more than I could imagine to help animals, I thank you so much for all their hard work.

The vet is located upstairs inside Pets at Home, there is a lift for customers and their pets if needed, the waiting area is spacious and clean. Lots of free animals related leaflets / advices.

Plenty of free parking spaces, including disabled and parents & children parking spaces as it’s in a shopping centre area, do watch out the free parking time limit.

Abby has to put 2 of my cats to sleep in just 5 days.
She was so kind, understanding and caring. She was so gentle with the pets and showed great respect to them. She was also very kind to myself and my husband.
I was so glad it was Abby that was able to do this. I can't imagine anyone else doing it.
Thankyou so much, you were just amazing.

Vets for pets coalville are amazing we lost our 19 year old cat Jess two weeks ago. Charlotte and the team really do care about your pets . They are honest and wouldn't offer a treatment if they knew it wouldn't work .The treatment Jess had was the best we could ever wish for and myself and my family would like to say Thank you for all you do

Abby was fantastic with my little dog Mia , she needed dental work and four extractions , nothing was too much trouble and following appointments were booked in with her which I found great that one vet would start the treatment and see it too the end , would definitely recommend

We've recently moved in to the area & transferred to the Coalville branch from one in Birmingham. We visited twice in a week as 2 of our dogs had ear problems. We'll, what a difference we found. We were able to get appointments the next day & both vets we saw we're amazing. Great with our boys & explained everything to us including costs involved. The stand out difference for us was the receptionists at Coalville. SO friendly & helpful both on the phone and face to face. We can't believe the difference & so pleased we've found such a friendly,caring team to take care of our 3 boys. We would recommend without hesitation.

Really lovely service as always from Vets for Pets in Coalville. The staff are absolutely lovely, so kind and caring and very friendly! My cat Midnight was so well cared for during his castration op today. I'd highly recommend!

I have my 4 pets registered at Coalville vets for pets for the last year and I have nothing but praise. When my big girl Bella was nearing the end of her life, Charlotte was brilliant she kept in contact with me and came to my house to make the end of our girls life peaceful . Tina is absolutely great in keeping in contact with me and arranging urgent appointments and medication for our boy George . They are all so friendly, supportive and accommodating. George actually enjoys seeing them and getting a fuss.
I just wish I had gone here years ago . Although money shouldn’t be a factor the cost of treatment and medication is far less than our previous vets which makes you feel it is not just a business and they really care for the pets they treat. I highly recommended this vet

I just felt the need to express how kind and lovely this Vets is, so far on my 3-4 trips I have encountered very kind receptionists and friendly vets. Particularly how well they looked after my bunnies for their neutering. Sebastian had a lot of trouble with his stitches, delicious according to him, and the vets looked after him all day the following day to make sure he didn’t chew them off again. I’m very happy to say it’s been a few days and both my bunnies are back to their usual mischievous selves and healing wonderfully now. It was a very nerve wracking experience finding your rabbit looking as rough as he did the morning after, and I’m so thankful for everyone for being so kind and attentive. I can’t thank them all enough, truly lovely people.

We have 2 labradors which we registered with this practice when it opened some 3 years ago.unfortunately we had to say goodbye to one of them on Tuesday afternoon, Charlotte and the team were fantastic,understanding and extremely supportive and went out of their way ease the situation.
Our other Lad has a long term diabetic problem which again the practice have been proactive every step of the way since diagnosis.
I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding, and being at the end of the phone when needed.
I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Update: I wish I could give this team 10 stars. My pet unfortunately passed away recently, the team sent my family a lovely card with their condolences. Thank you for caring.

What a team, the service they offer is brilliant, they go out of their way to help.
I was to take my dog in to get a checkup but couldn't make it due to suddenly being put into isolation, also, I am new to the area and don't know anyone that could help. Due to this, one of their receptionist went out of her way to bring more tablets for my sick dog. Thank you very much!

Lovely to my poorly dog and super efficient

I only took our pet Rabbit twice, and unfortunately on the 2nd visit, we had to say goodbye to him, the support and care was above and beyond, the receptionist and vet were so friendly and considerate, and only this morning we received a hand written card to express there best wishes, unbelievable after care, and so thoughtful. Thank you.

The best vets i have been to, very professional, handled my 17 year old kitty gently, and gave me great advice, good prices for the service, i would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to change vets, or are looking for a vet.
