Always helpful even when under pressure They are asking for 7 days notice of repeat prescriptions but this is understandable with the increased work load from all the developements that are going on. However, through my own fault my repeat got to them late. I phoned and explained that I would be out within 48 hours and they arranged for it to be available. Thank you so much

I went to Masons Chemist hugglescote on Monday to collect my prescription. I was offered a free blood pressure test, which I had straight away. The lady who did the test was very kind and caring. She said I needed to have a 24hr monitor put on, and said to come back on Tuesday to get it fitted. I went in on Tuesday at 10am got the monitor fitted and go back today to get it removed. I’m so impressed with the service from the chemist. The ladies there are always so nice. Thank you

Moved to Hugglescote a little over a year ago and always had a friendly service at the chemist, today i had an issue that needed me to get offical readings from the doctors, or could have resulted in a hospital visit. As the docs did not have a working machine, they asked if i could go to the chemist and take it their and if i could bring the reading back, i did this, i was assisted instantly, even though the chemist was busy, i was never felt like i was being rushed and the service was friendly and knowledgable, i was able to go back to the doctor with the information and then get the required perscription and medication within 20 minutes it prevented a long drawn out day at the royal so thank you!

Modern Chemist Shop with Pharmacy very helpful staff, best place to get Prescriptions in Hugglescote. Parking can be limited at times.

Friendly staff, always try their best to help. They even stayed open an extra 5 mins for me to make sure I had my antibiotics.
It would have been 5 stars, but I have had a couple of minor issues in the past.

Only three staff on duty,9 people waiting, only wanted over the counter tables in there for over fifteen minutes before i got served 😞
