Had great lovely service from a young gentleman called Sam this afternoon... polite, attentive and each customer mattered.

Good staff, good service and good atmosphere.

Top quality coop. Friendly staff and always do well at reducing items. Preferred the old layout with the bakery section in the back corner but still good selection of products in it.

Decent co-op, cool beams in the roof thanks to it presumably being some old house in the past, has anything you could want in its selection.

Nice small co-op with good range of products.

Very usefull to have when you forgot some ingredients, or just to get some milk.

Seems the locals haven't grasped the requirement to wear masks in this store. 7 months later and no change. Yay!

Tried phoning over a 2 hrs but wasn't answered, I even tried Head Office & the same there! Gave my grandchildren money to pop to our local Whitwick store. My 15yr Grandson & my 11yr old Granddaughter. My GS didn't want anything, my GD bought a few sweet etc. once at the till they asked my GS to move away & wait outside, which meant he was out of site of his sisters view! This made him very anxious as he couldn't see her & she was left to pay & out of site of her brother! If this is a new policy of the Co-Op then it's should state this so that parents & GParents don't send them to your stores!! When they returned from the store I knew imminently something was wrong, my GS was saying sorry numerous times before they got to tell me! As he was always told never to leave her on her own & going to your store told him no!! I'm still so angry right now, if I was physically able I'd of gone down myself! "your shop policy will keep a lot of custom away from stores".

This morning I whitness a very heartless man serving a young mum who was with her little son. She was having a problem with her health start card.. He then went on to say why don't she use her bank card ovbislouly she didn't have money on her bank card she needed up crying and breaking down. I really felt for her. Have to say the worst customer service and he needs training to speak and deal with people.. The man should be ashamed of him self
