The Clock Tower

The clock tower has been my go to to meet up with people in town since i was a child , you cant miss it and its dead centre in town so no riff raff is present. its only recently I have bothered to look at it carefully and i would say its very intricate in design and structure.

Still a great place to meet mates in town, always something happening, often reflecting some of the faith groups in the city. Close to places to eat.

Love This Little Piece of History in the Middle of Leicester!! A great and Beautiful addition to The Leicester Skyline as well as it's Old and New History!! As well as a Great meet up Plus all you have to say is "meet me near the Clock Tower" a Beautiful spot in Leicester!!

Its a very historical landmark of Leicester. 5 star because it looks good, and good history it has.

Great and popular land mark in the city centre. Beautiful place for meeting up. Great outdoor seats and cafés to wait for meeting partners.
Could be crowded and noisy at times but those are the "joy" or "pains" of city centre.

Best place for evening entertainment, road shows, talks with friends and families, quick bites.

Very Wonderful Place Good Food But Nino was crying for his opps to stop hurting him. Great environment

This was more the Leicester Mela which took place on Sunday 20th August 2023.

It seems like there's more on each time we've attended the Mela which is a good sign.

Dont forget to also visit the nearby Leicester market place for loads of food stalls and interesting things.

Nice old clock tower I think it used to be where the trams turned back in the 50's could be wrong , good meeting point central town

Came here for the week. To my surprise and lovely busy area filled with beautiful buildings lovely scenery and plenty of places to shop and eat.

Really nice carvery with plenty of meat amd the most amazing gravey. Good friendly staff guy on the carvery extra friendly.

Its a good landmark and good place to sit back in the day but now all town has gone down hill to much crime going on so I'll only pop into town if I need to

I visit at least once a week. It is a lovely place and it gives the best vibe

Archetypal symbol of Leicester. I wonder at how many first loves might have been made here, and how many romances have ended. They have lots of public speakers and musicians that turn up so if your ever in town and need some atmosphere its a great place to start. If it could talk I wonder what stories it would tell.
