My recent experience from the doctors is that you are not a number,treat you as an individual.In the past receptionists haven't been the easiest to deal with but I feel this has been rectified now

I've always found them to be brilliant. Yes it's difficult to get through but once you do, there's usually no hassle in my experience. Others may differ in their opinion but that's natural. I hear some stories from other surgeries which makes me glad to have this surgery as mine

Love my local GP, excellent staff. Professional and welcoming. Just like other practises getting through can be an issue but thats down to idiots who persistently call up due to colds and waste time.

Phoned this morning at 8.30am took a few goes to get through, the lady was lovely. A doctor rang me back within 10 mins and I had an appointment at 9:20am Wow brilliant service well done everybody

Having recently moved to the area, I registered with the nearest surgery to me. I am so pleased i did as the service and level of care is amazing. Everyone, from the receptionists to the doctors, are pleasant, helpful and thorough.
