Very recently my case against my employer was settled through the excellent negotiations by my Solicitor from Thompsons Solicitors. The whole process did take almost 3 years but I’m pretty sure that is about right for a case such as mine.
From the moment my solicitor took my case I was kept updated about everything. Even when there was nothing really to tell me I always knew I could reach out and ask any question that I thought was important.
