Outstanding service from start to finish, Molly and Sarah managed our order impeccably and from the outset their communication was excellent with prompt clear instruction and responses to our questions. Their customer service and technical teams ensured we had a stress free journey, we had total faith in the surveyor who instilled total confidence we would receive exactly what we expected. Poor Work Surfaces Generally!

Initial thoughts - great quality surfaces that look fantastic.

We had some installed in our house at £3500 (quartz). One of our surfaces was badly chipped which we found just after installation. Customer services were pretty helpful and agreed to replace one of the surfaces (kitchen was made up of 3 separate sections). When surface was installed it was a terrible cour match. After some time, Athena agreed to replace the entire set (in reality fantastic customer service to offer this - then again we had spent an enormous amount on these surfaces so they should be right).

When the three surfaces were replaced, there were two worse chips than the original one we found! At this point we decided to leave it as the replacement was incredibly messy and annoying. Could be fantastic, unfortunately don't be surprised if you find chips in your surfaces! Need to work on quality control.

They were contracted by my kitchen supplier to install the worktops which initially looked good. Then I noticed that there were manufacturing defects. I contacted my supplier who told me that Athena will call me to sort it out. Three weeks on and they refuse to get in contact with me. I'm now at the point where I'm going to have to get another company in to replace them. Save yourself some trouble and use another supplier.

Absolutely hopeless. Templated twice fitters four times, multiple weeks go by, eventually gave up and went for another supplier. Recommend you avoid this company. One star is generous
