I have been a customer of the Motor cycle Mart since the
1970's when it was based in Mill Street, I visited today for an MOT. Everything went well as usual, the guys there can help with all your motorcycle needs, Top notch.

Excellent service from initial inquiry to collection/handover. Andy was exceptionally responsive to multiple mails and calls throughout the process. The motorbike was cleaned to perfection, fully serviced and MOTd, ready to ride away (despite the rain).

I found my 'perfect' motorbike via the website and collected within a week. Andy was professional, personable and went above and beyond to assist in the purchase. Highly recommend Motorcycle Mart for all motorbike related activities, from clothing to servicing and purchasing of motorbikes.

If only Motorcycle Mart was closer to my home location, then it would be my go-to garage for everything - thanks Andy!!

Been past this place many a times on the bike,
Sadly on a Sunday when they are closed. Was
Out today and thought I'd pop in ( and get warmed up ) The shop is located about 15 mins ride / drive from the centre of Kidderminster just off the Stourport Road.
There is a free Car park on-site but watch out for the service road as if you miss the first turn in it's a bit of a ride to the next turn in.
Hand sanitisers everywhere and face masks need to be worn. A great area with sofas and drinks machine and somewhere to hang your bike jacket and leave your helmet ( a grey idea! Wish other bike shops did the same )
I do like the uncluttered layout of the shop and plenty of space between items to walk around freely.
They have Everything you could ever need for biking under 1 roof and price ranges to suit all pockets, styles etc. Some lovely T shirts to and the sale section has some great bargains.
Prices are reasonable and on par with other bike shops in the Midlands.
There are Changing rooms on site and balaclavas available if you want to try on the helmets.
No cafe on site but plenty of cafes / eateries nearby ( within walking distance 10 mins tops ) but they do have a vending machine on site and I think in the summer there is a tea wagon outside. Overall a great shop to visit and chill out amongst some gorgeous machines.

Took my bike for it's 1st service. No fuss or drama. All done while I waited. Pleasant staff great service!

Great experience buying a bike online and long distance. Negotiating a deal was easy and smooth. Bike was clean, newly serviced and MOTed when I arrived at the showroom to collect. The team went out of their way to help and go the extra mile for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy from them again.

Once again, fantastic service from this company. Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and honest. I would not consider taking my bike anywhere else. Well done all.

I take delivery of my bike on Friday so I needed to get kitted out for everything I need to be safe on the road. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful, knew the products well and guided me on what would be best for me. Bought boots, leathers, jackets, gloves the
lot. But he threw in a back protector and disk lock for free which was a lovely touch.

Had my Tiger 800 fixed recently. Truly excellent workshop. Knowledgable, friendly - like old school friendly - quick and honest.

Not many left like this. Highly Recommended

Bought a Yamaha r6, Andy from sales provided a friendly and professional service and so did keV the delivery driver who kept in touch, will definitely be using these guys again

I just want to say a massive thank you to the staff that work at Motorcycle Mart.
They made me feel very welcome also went way beyond most bike motorbike shops, I arrived at 4:10pm (closes at 5) needing a new tyre and they fitted me in even know they had alot on. They even brought me a coffee as the coffee machine was out of order. I'll be returning definitely so keep up the good work chaps and the level of service, thanks again.

What a great experience visiting Motorcycle Mart today after travelling up from Bristol. Never felt uncomfortable on my visit really pleasant experience & all the staff where really helpful in my request to purchase a motorcycle.. They have a great range of new & used bikes all in fantastic condition & cared for. If ever I need to buy motorcycle gear or another motorcycle I wouldn’t hesitate to travel the 70 mile trip to visit motorcycle mart again. Thanks guys keep up the good work you have a fantastic business & it’s hard to find the level of customer service I received today.

Historically the mart always has good reputation. Same great service continues. They gave me top price to purchase my bike.
Collected it and done everything required to make it a perfect bike for next owner.

Large range of stock. Friendly staff who are always helpful. Been a few times. Great for tyre service too. Bit of a wait at present but that's to be expected given the time of year and quality of service.

Went in today to discuss finance options and prices. Could not have received a more friendly welcome from the staff, allowing us to browse and take our time looking to decide. Went through our options and did not push at all. Actually gave some solid advice and guidance. Very, helpful. Will be buying the MT09 in a few weeks from here once the test is passed. Thanks all

Visited late on Saturday afternoon,went in to try some tcx boots,to my surprise boots had gone up in price from a couple of weeks earlier, quick chat with guys in clothing department and they were more than happy to honour previous cheaper price,£30 saving in theory,was happy to purchase and happy with service provided.

Excellent dealership that I've used for 15 years. The staff are always extremely helpful and keen to help with valuable advice and suggestions. There's a large range of good quality parts, clothing and bikes. Coffee is pretty damn good too! Relaxed atmosphere where you can take your time to figure out what you're looking for and help is always available if you need it.

What's not to like about this very well established dealership. Nigel and James give great service on parts/clothing and you get all the support that you do not get with a cheap internet purchase. With Trevor and Mike happy to talk about any bike technical issues and offer sound advice Steve, the owner, must have a very easy time selling bikes to repeat customers loyal to this dealership because of the great service.

Had my first experience of this place the other day. Well what can I say. 100% spot on. friendly and very helpful staff. Nigel went the extra mile to help me out in ordering my part and even help me fit it in the cold in the car park. With no extra charge. Helpful advise by the bucket load not just after a sale. And to top all that off a free mug of coffee and a comfy chair. What more do you want!! Spot on guys will use again. Many thanks

From start to finish, I cant fault them! During all the Covid 19 stuff going on and yet the service and professionalism was first class. They brought the bike to me to look at and it was exactly as described. No hidden surprises. I would happily recommend Motorcycle Mart to anyone. Thanks again for an incredible bike that I have already done 1000 very enjoyable miles :)

Bought motorcycle online. Never bought any of my previous bikes like this before. Right from start Rick and Steve whom I spoke to were helpful and courteous. I also felt they were entirely frank and honest which I needed since I felt I was taking a leap into the unknown buying a bike 'unseen in the flesh' this way.
I was delighted when the bike arrived. It was exactly as described. It was delivered absolutely on time. by Trevor the engineer who serviced the bike before it was brought down He spent lots of time explaining anything that was useful or specific to this particular model and let me ask a load of questions.
Paperwork etc happened entirely straightforwardly.
Bike functioning perfectly.
