When searching for our home AVR were recommended to us, so after doing our research we decided they were suitable for helping us to purchase our chosen property.

We were a bit dubious at the beginning, with only limited telephone contact and most Communication was via email. However our mind was soon put at ease with quick responses to any concerns or questions we needed answering from AVR. We also loved the portal ( this is a great idea, you can see every step of your house purchase, this also includes a step once you have exchanged & received your keys).

Our process was very quick and within 12 weeks, we were exchanged and now are settling into our new home.

What was even lovelier was the AVR team sent us a hamper, which we were very touched by.

AVRillo were blazing fast!

My wife and I were purchasing a property, which was a probate sale, AVRillo was blazing fast, completing on the transactions within exactly 2 months.
Despite not having a direct number we could call them on (which we were initially worried about) we were able to reach them on email very easily (they would always respond immediately). For some of the more involved conversations we would book a call for the next day, which was via Teams and they always cleared things up. Louise Burrows always took her to time to speak to us and answer any questions. She was really the best solicitor we ever interacted with.

The client dashboard has a clear Milestone feature, which meant we were never in the dark about what stage of the process we are at and what is still outstanding.

We have dealt with many solicitors through our years but none of them beat AVRillo's professionalism, speed and ease of communication.

Really easy to setup the client portal to track each stage of the process and upload information and documentation for the sale.

Communications in a variety of ways, with the added convenience of the text message to say emails have been sent so they don’t get missed and to keep the case moving at pace.
Call surgery to book in calls on an online appointment calendar so no waiting on hold or various emails to establish two way availabilities.

Completed the sale in under ten weeks and could have been sooner providing buyers were more pro active and having the Christmas period with around a week of mandatory holidays.

Very fair price which was taken out of the sale proceeds so had no stress of upfront costs and no change to initial price.

Would highly recommend to families and friends to use this team and hopefully be assigned Nathan’s team from my personal experience.

Quick and responsive, they explained clearly what was going on and what was expected of us. We have always been able to speak to someone either via e-mail or phone to alleviate any concerns or queries we have had.
