Trenewydd Farm Holiday Cottages

Just loved staying here in the shepherds hut. Our 3 favourite bits were the hot tub, the wood burner and the heated towel rail in the bathroom. Will definitely book again.

Super lovely location, very nice owners.

Hot tub and facilities in the shepards hut lovely. Lots to do and can imagine in the summer it would be even better

Only issue was due to the strong wind, the sleep was a little poor, there was quite a major draft under the windows which blew through the hut.

Stayed at this delightful countryside cottage.
Rooms were very well prepared, clean and presented beautifully. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with everything needed.
Would recommend to anybody looking for a comfortable countryside stay.

We stayed in the Blackberry (Shepherds Hut) and it was absolutely amazing even for the size! We had a very comfortable double bed with a log burner (I tried and failed to use it 🤣) with a little kitchen and a table, we brought our puppy and even managed to fit her crate in the cabin with us. There are plenty of grassy areas on the land where we could play with her off her leash without having to worry.

The hot tub was absolutely amazing even with the wind blowing at us and the views at night were very nice.

Ginnie and Andrew were super friendly, our puppy was sick in her bed on the way over and Ginnie was more than happy to wash and have it dried for when we got home later that evening. Andrew has the most amazing skalextric setup which he let's you use, I got to spend an hour racing, crashing and having a laugh with him so definitely worth doing if you're staying.

The cottages are a 10 minute drive from Cardigan and other areas nearby and insane amounts of places you can go for a walk. The local places to eat are really nice as well, I would recommend the Ferry Inn and have the burger and steak (Has to be some of the best food we've eaten)

Thanks for the short notice booking stayed on the 24th october spos to be for 1 night .but had to stay another nite an they were more thsn welcome to accomodate us at short notice an got there very lste in the evening . Brliant hosts an the cottages are 100% clean an very inviting jst like home ftom home . Only thing u need to take is food . Will deffo stay again for sure . We stayed once last year hence the reason we stayed again .no negatives at all.

Having spotted it advertised on the petrol pumps whilst filing up at Tescos we thought we'd give "Footgolf" a go.

Beautiful location. Good value afternoon out. We took two teenage boys with us who really enjoyed it, as we did....and I really can't even kick a ball....⚽

Cold drinks and snacks are available too, even had mini bottles of Moet (shame we were driving).

Good parking. Sat navigation Postcode tells you you've arrived just before you get there so just keep going a little bit further and you'll spot it.

Very friendly couple who run the place. Would recommend it as a good afternoon out for all the family. Set up for holiday cottages looks fab too.

We just had an amazing couple of nights.. the cottages were stunning...we were in the Ash Cottage and we just cannot fault anything. Swimming pool was used and nice walks. Absolutely spotless. Well recommended!

Loved it. Ginny and Andrew are amazing hosts. Couldn't do enough for us. Chestnut cottage was beautiful with the added attraction of the hot tub. And dog friendly. Dex loved his stay rolling in the garden and running about. I will be back. Great for families and couples. We are a couple plus my brother in law and the dog we really enjoyed X

We had a lovely holiday here in Trenewydd. The owners, Andrew and Ginnie were so helpful and friendly. They are constantly creating and upgrading to make the place all the more inviting and exciting. The children loved the pool and the hot tub and kept on running to Ginnie to borrow games from her vast games library.
Andrew was super patient in teaching our kids how to play the scalextric.
Would highly recommend!!

I just loved staying at Trenewydd. We stayed in such a funky cottage, Ginnie and Andrew couldn't have been more helpful. The trains were going which was great fun, I loved the view from the huge bench at the top of the hill. Nearby Cardigan was lovely, and we had a wonderful walk around a local headland. Fantastic heated pool, hot tub, and I think would be great for children and dogs, although we had neither and had a lovely time.

A great place to stay. We had 3 cottages, which were together. All nice and clean. The kids loved running around the garden. Had hot tubes and a swimming pool. The location was great for travelling to other parts of Wales.
A five star rating. Had car parking space at the location. Very quiet and friendly atmosphere. The couple running the place are very welcoming and friendly.

Ginnie was so accommodating for the 26 of us in five different cottages. We had the most amazing time on our hen party - utilising the hot tub, the pool. Ginnie was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely be coming back again with my family. What a fantastic place.

Really enjoyed! Awesome hosts!! Fab accommodation too it was very clean and spacious. Outdoor pool was lush and lit at night. Hot tub was amazing! Lots of places to go and visit within a 10 minute drive! What a nice welcome basket! We had a lovely Indian delivered to our cottages door too! We are already planning our next visit!

An amazing stay!A real find!! We stayed in Cosy with our two children and were very comfortable. Ginnie and Andrew were always available to show us around or help with what ever we needed. the hot tub and pool were a real treat always clean and inviting. there is lots to do on site but once you head out you are very well situated with lots to do nearby. highly recommend this cosy getaway!

What an amazing time we had.
Lovely clean and spacious accommodation.
There were lots of places to visit within a short distance.
The owners were welcoming and friendly.
The welcome basket was ace.
Nothing was too much trouble for the owners we made a suggestion of fairy lights, the next night the were up and working.
The pool was clean and inviting and the hot tub was definitely fun.
Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.
We are planning next years visit already.

Beautiful Trenewydd Farm was the perfect place for our week long family staycation. Set in the idyllic Welsh countryside and hosted by the loveliest people!
The cottages are very homely and the facilities such as the pool, hot tub, footgolf course and play areas for the children are all brilliant. The surrounding areas are stunning and you are just a short car ride away from some amazing beaches such as Newport, Mwnt, Tresaith and Poppit sands. We would highly recommend Trenewydd Farm and will certainly be visiting again in the future.

What a beautiful spot and the place has lovely new owners Ginnie and Andrew. We had a fantastic week here with our 3 kids. Nothing was too much trouble and it's great to see them investing so much time, effort and money into improving the place. It is excellent now but in the coming weeks, months and years is going to turn into a real gem. Footgolf has just opened, which was great fun. The pool now has a brand new heater to supplement the solar heater so was a lovely temperature. Highly recommended.

Cherry cottage was absolutely beautiful, beds were comfy (sorry forgot to take pictures of the other bedroom with 2 single beds) heating using the thermostat was easy, the living room blinds were remote controlled and the Wi-Fi was really good too. Will definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful place with lovely hosts.
The cottage was clean and equipped, the bed was comfortable. We could not swim due to the weather but it will be an excuse to go back sometime!

Just returned from a 5 night stay in the Cosy Cottage at Trenewydd Farm. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and Andrew and Ginnie were so helpful and friendly, and really settled us right in. Our cottage was absolutely stunning, so spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the hot tub was the cherry on top. The farm itself is very well equipped and caters for children and adults (and dogs) and there is plenty to be seeing and doing nearby. We have so much more we would like to see, we are so excited to return hopefully next year! Highly recommended, a special place to stay. Fiona and John
