They seem to have absolutely everything for any kind of simple home repair or DIY project, and they know where it is. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask. Some things are in obscure locations or behind other things, but they know where to look. My favorite kind of hardware shop!

Love this shop it seems to have all household supplies and more you will need. I bought a load of kids games and toys for the summer. Great prices and good selection.

A regular user of Cowlings. They have a great selection of general hardware as well as plants and much more. Good "old fashioned" service. Check out their fork handles, plugs, hose and left handed screwdrivers 👍😉

My Grandparents started this shop in the 1900's. Reginald (Rex) & Vera Cowling nee Sanders.
Have old photos from back in the day, will upload soon.. So happy to see it still holds our family name after all these years. They used to live above the shop.
