Having ordered a bathroom mirror we had a slight problem , however, I don’t think I have ever had such quick and amazing service to resolve it , I wouldn’t hesitate to use simply bathrooms again and will do . Can’t recommend highly enough

Good priced items. Quality products and lots of bathroom items to choose. You won't get staff working there asking to help you and you need to approach them. Some may see this as a good experience where others may interpreate it as not helpful. I don't mind and buy from Simply Bathrooms due to quality, price and advice when asking for help.

Lovely showroom, lady who served us was fantastic, she deserves employee of the month, she helped us a few months ago too when we fitted a new shower and was fab then too, she knows her stuff, listens and is so efficient and helpful, Thank you again

We bought a basin, pedestal, toilet, cistern, shower cubicle and tray. We have an old property and when my husband tried to fit the toilet it just would not fit with our old plumbing. Simply bathrooms did an exchange without quibble. Then when we fitted the shower there was an issue with the door strips and magnets within 24hrs we had replacements direct from the manufacturer to our door. Neither of these issues were the fault of Simply bathrooms and as far as we are concerned there after sales service was excellent.

Very well presented showroom with many examples of types of bathrooms. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have looked at many bathroom showrooms around Leicester but this was the best.
