This is easy, Mike answered my query and suggested that the item I had selected might not be the best for my needs and pointed me in the direction of a cheaper product. Yes, unusual to find that service.
However, I ordered a scanner which identified the fault and , after changing the part, I was able to clear the fault log and turn off the dash warning lights.

Fantastic company to deal with. All the guys I've spoken to (Mike, Kieth and Sam) are so helpful. The Foxwell NT 530 seems excellent at the moment. I'll report more when I have time to totally check it out. Car by the way is an Aston Martin DB9.

I bought my GT90LE kit from Gendan nearly 3 years ago, service and communication was great and it has worked well since. Until recently when it stopped working and I needed some technical help, it seemed to happen after a windows update. I had an excellent response from Mike who helped me using team viewer. Great communication and plenty of patience shown too. I certainly highly recommend this firm.

Great service from these guys, I bought a forscan connector for Ford diagnostics and I got stuck during setup, I gave them a quick call and got the help that I needed, great customer service.

I recently purchased a Foxwell NT680 and have found it intuitive and straight-forward to use. I have used it to diagnose and fix a faulty electronic brake control at a total cost of £14 for the replacement control unit. If I had gone to the local Peugeot dealer, they would have charged £144 + VAT for investigating the problem plus the cost of repair. I have also been able to identify the source of a fault with the parking assist system and replaced a faulty sensor at a cost of £31 for four sensors as opposed to £475 + VAT for a dealer repair.

Prior to ordering the unit, I asked Gendan to confirm that the unit would report faults in all the systems on my car. I received a prompt and helpful response from Gendan. When I ordered the unit, it was delivered by courier the next day.

Super fast delivery, first class and humorous communication informing of what stage your order is at. Even throws in a couple of bags of sweets inside the carry case I wasn't expecting 👍👍. My only gripe is I'm not a fan of Haribo. A bag of Jelly tots and Randoms would be my choice 😋😎.

I ordered a diagnostic unit for my bike. Never used Gendan before but if I ever need to again, I won't hesitate. Very quick turn around on order, product is perfect. And they put sweets in the parcel! Win, win.
