I just want to express how I felt at the visa centre. I had an appointment on Wednesday 10 April. I had an extremely good experience. Starting with the staff at the reception everybody was very supportive and understanding. Like everyone, I also was anxious. I felt like the staff went out of their way to help us. Very pleased! I was worried when they identified an issue with my application category. But the staff and the manager was very understanding and helped me to put it in the right way. This is the type of service that I expect from any office. Hardly, we find now a days. Exceptionally great. Thank you all.

Honestly speaking all of the staff trying their best to help. Although, I noticed a strange bahviour from one of the staff members, it seems if you ask anything repetitively they act like fed up. Although this is their daily work.
But still I appreciate their effort of having patience and being cooperative.
They have very basic online application. The application process can be much smoother, if we can upload all the paperwork online.

I had an appointment today for a Belgian long stay visa and was in and out of the centre within 1 hour. The person on entrance asked for my appointment confirmation email/letter with date and time, then security checked my backpack and told me to switch my phone off, and then I stood in a queue for around 5 minutes for an initial passport and application form check. I then was called to see another person who went through all my documents and asked me to sign various forms. Finally, there was a biometrics check where they took my photograph and fingerprints. Overall, it was an efficient service. I didn’t need to wait much at all. I arrived exactly on time for my appointment. Hope this helps those preparing for a visa appointment!

The staff was very helpful in nature. They collected all my documents without any fuss. They checked them properly and guided me through the process. All the previous reviews were negative and I was scared, but turned out to be a nice, smooth and easy process. Thankful to staff for attending me and helping me.

This was my first time using travel online, and I would highly recommend.
The staff were very responsive and well organised.
My holiday was very enjoyable and the service providers they partnered with were very reliable and couldn't be faulted.

Today's experience with my long-stay French visa application was outstanding. The staff, particularly a lovely lady acting as a
manager/supervisor , were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Despite some errors in my application, the agent and the supervisor/manager patiently and efficiently corrected them. Opting for the VIP service was a great choice as it allowed me to bypass the queue, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

I got 10 minutes late for my appointment I was very confused if I missed my appointment but when I reached at the office they were all brilliant and helpful. I really appreciate their help and hardworking especially there was a lady( Susan ) she helped me a lot if I could put stars I would put thousands she is absolutely fabulous I really appreciate her and the way she helped me it was incredible 😊I can’t find words to thank her. Thank you ever so much dear Susan.The friendly behaviour made me inspired.Thanks to TLS and a huge thanks to SUSAN .

Our experience in TLS was great. We forgot to print some documents and The staff in counter 1, who accommodate us, was very helpful. She gave us instructions on what to do. Thank you counter 1!

Anam, particularly, provided outstanding customer service at Belgium TLS Center. She was exceptionally helpful and kind, identifying a passport number mistake in my application form and promptly fixing it. Additionally, she assisted me with my paperwork in a polite manner, and her beautiful smile 😊 added to the wonderful experience at the busy TLS Center in Manchester, where both Anam and Vanita were notably helpful.

Today I applied for Schengen Visa via TLS Contact Belgium team, and all was perfect from A to Z. Did not have to wait at all, super professional, kind and helpful team. I was served by Vanita and Anam and want to thank them for the most pleasant experience I encountered.

I got chance to attend tls appointment at manchester. I got very nice service from staff. Just take 1 hour for all process.
Just a little thing i am concerned if possible need to update images of new office on google or just put some sign board of tls out side of building.

I had numerous of visas applied in both London and Manchester and most of the services were really horrible & time wasting. I wouldn’t even bother to give 1 star but today I like to give 5 star as its the best so far. I paid 3 hrs parking but only took me 40mins in and out. If There’s not a system fault that the lady had to manually enter a form for me it could be even faster. The lady who’s dealing my Belgium visa was really kind and polite.

Suggestion:
- Sort out the online app booking system that depends on luck
- Sort out the biometric system that always lost people’s data and needs re-enter every single time. 59 months valid is a joke.
- Sort out the system that lost my online form (apparently you need to change your IT team)
- shelter for people who are waiting outdoor in rain
- better attitude and more patient on applicants
- a clock in door if phones are not allowed

Update: got my Belgium tourism visa, only 20 days with 1 x 7 days entry.
Well thank you. I won’t go to Belgium again.

Great service - no hassle.
Few suggestions:
1. VISA checklist should be updated to mention 2 photographs are required
2. Sample parent letter of authorization for minor can be helpful

The whole process was really professional. From arrival to departure we were treated with respect, by professional people doing a highly sensitive job and every person we interacted with was superb; most especially the very lovely young lady at the Processing Desk - thank you very much all of you

I visited TLS manchester for swiss visa application last week. My experience was really nice. I was dealt by Anam and Huda during my application process. They both treated me in a very nice, friendly and respectful manner. Many thanks for making the process simpler and joyful :)

Thank you so much Sehar and Huda! We had a few missing documents, Sehar and Huda went out of their way to help us. We are very grateful for their kindness. Without their help we would have to come back another day and would probably not be in time for my daughter’s School trip.

We recently visited the TLS Visa Centre Manchester, and I must say that I had a pleasant experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch.

The document verification process was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. The staff who assisted us were helpful and kind. They made sure all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable throughout the process.

The biometrics procedure was also a breeze.
They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and stress-free.

A massive thank you to Anam Shahzadi who was incredibly helpful to me and saved me today on 15/12/2023 . I had so many mistakes on my visa and wasn’t aware how serious they could detriment my visa but she was very patience with me, advise and guided me on how to go by things . I’m really grateful to her and her colleague that also look through my documents. They have been really really helpful and I’m honestly glad they looked after me . Anam , thank you once again and I really wish I could take you for dinner if that will not be too much of a problem but if it will , I am honestly saying thank you for how far you went above and beyond to assist me today ! Wish you best of luck !

Overall, I loved the experience at the Manchester TLS , fantastic staff and very patient with us .

Anam Bio Agent was very friendly and did a great job . All the other colleagues are great and good as well. Agents handling the Switzerland desk are superb .

Vanita has been very helpful to me. She timely informed me of the new rules added in recent days, helped me print them, and gave me instructions on how to prepare the materials. really appreciate it！
