🌟 The GP discussed my test results. They explained the treatment plan they were recommending: clarified the referrals they were making and why. They also explained why they recommended blood tests to be done and when I am likely to get the results. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and they checked that I understood what was explained. Although the it was my responsibility to book an appointment for blood tests, I received a call from the receptionist who was very professional and booked my appointment. Well done for a good service!!

Kingsway Surgery is very organized with their patients appointments. I was put on a minor op waiting list and within 6 weeks I received a call to go to Thorpe Astley Community Centre for the minor op. Doctor and the assistant both were professional and friendly. They explained the aftercare very well. Thank you for the positive patient experience. It is very much appreciated.

After a couple of frustrating months trying to sort repeat prescriptions due to low staffing levels at the surgery I’m finally sorted . Reception sorted me a prompt convenient telephone appointment and Mr K Pancholi clinical pharmacist was fantastic, he listened, answered questions and was very informative, thank you so much .

I booked 3 appointments with the surgery.
One for my mum, and the other two appointments for two of my brothers.
They all saw Dr Benedict Hunjan (I hope I spelt his name right).
After a very long time I am happy to say I left the surgery happy with the help.
I'm not sure what's happening with kingsway surgery but it has been ver bad for a while now.
Not enough doctors and very hard to get through and even harder to get an appointment to see a doctor.
And very often after seeing a doctor leaving unhappy.
I can say that Dr Hunjan is very good, very thorough.
I sincerely hope Dr Hunjan stays at the surgery as we desperately need good doctors again.
Can you please offer this good doctor a permanent position.

Despite it taking 40 minutes to get through to the surgery, when I did I was offered an appointment that morning and saw the doctor on time. He was very pleasant and helpful.

I was given an appointment later the same day after going to the desk to arrange it. The lovely lady doctor was extremely efficient, she arranged a referral, an xray+ a physiotherapy appoint for two weeks time.

I was seen the same day with two concerns ,I saw Charlotte who took the time to listen ,examine me and come up with a plan in my best interest to get my health back on track ,she promised to call back that day after further consultation with the partners and as promised did call me that day to confirm everything,the receptionist I first contacted was polite and helpfull over my concerns my Thxs to herself too.
This is an improvement to the past experiences I have had at Kingsway

I was very happy with the DR Monaghan. I hope she can stay awhile. I’ve been very disappointed in the past. By seeing a different doctor every time I make an appointment.

I moved to Wigston, I can't bear to think about moving surgeries.
Although we all have the same Monday morning struggles to get an appointment- I rely on the chemist also who work in partnership with Kingsway.

I got through to make an appointment easily and asked to see a qualified doctor. I saw Dr Duru, she was amazing and gave me all the answers and right medication I needed. A very happy pain free patient today !

I am very pleased with this surgery. At least a surgery that understands and listens. Staff very helpful. With my condition I am almost there every other day and always get to be seen quickly and with a smile. Thankyou Kingsway surgery

Ok very help full,but takes a long time to get through to reception about 32 minutes at always happening

Doctor was very helpful and listened to my problem, yust a pity that it takes long time to get to see a doctor at this practice.

Staff are well aware of what my needs are and were happy to assist. This applies to Dr Karavadra as well. Willingness to assist was very prominent.

The team are incredibly busy but I have found all staff to be helpful and kind even under pressure and time restrictions.
