My new corner arbour looks breathtaking in my garden. Wanted to make sure it was done correct, and there was a video on their YouTube channel that perfectly talked you through the process of assembly, making it a more than easy assembly. I do not know if there are other products on there from these guys similar, but that helped me a lot. Fab service from these people, nothing but a FIVE star from me!

Really pleased with the quality of the 2-seat arbour we had delivered from Churnet Valley. Solid, heavy, very nice to look at and comfortable to sit in. It withstood the recent storms with ease. Well made and, for the money, excellent value.

Ordered the Clementine Corner Arbour. Delivery was a bit longer than quoted due to the pandemic.
Took hubby and friend about 4 hours to put it up.
Instruction sheet not very clear, and no instruction sheet for the roof! That particular day we were having trouble with the Internet, so it was a case of hope for the best. One major issue was that there was no pre-drilled holes for the screws. It is up now, and we are making very good use of it.

My husband and I visited the Harrogate Flower show and liked the look of the furniture being showcased by the Churnet Valley team but didn’t have our measurements with us. “No problem” said Davy, the Sales Manager. He gave us his card and we phoned to order an Ophelia swing the following day. It was agreed that the swing would be delivered and built by the team onsite, delivery date to be confirmed. We received notification of delivery but in the meantime our garden makeover was completed and we decided to get a 3 seater arbour too. We telephoned Churnet Valley team and they were able to add it to our previous order for delivery the next day .... superb. The two items were delivered and built by Jamie. We were delighted with the pieces. The wood is of a good, solid quality and looks exactly as the pictures on the website. What you see is what you get - good solid furniture.

We found the service by everyone concerned to be outstanding. The furniture is excellent, we are so pleased we found this company. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is an excellent company; the garden building was very well made and installed by first class tradesmen who went above and beyond what would normally be expected during a normal installation.

Amazing place. Great for planters, tables and chairs, sheds, log stores, swing seats. Extremely competitive prices. They will even make things to your dimensions or alter items on sale to suit your needs.
Solid construction. Quality wood. Delivery costs minimal. I have now had 5 items from them and cannot fault any of them.
I tell people to compare prices and quality here before purchasing anywhere else!
