Received our garden furniture (6 seater table and chairs/benches plus cover and parasol stand). Great value for money on any metric - quality of materials, workmanship, aesthetics and one thing we didn’t need to do was assemble it as it was delivered already assembled and the delivery man kindly put table together which was the only part which needed (minimal) assembly - no sitting around for hours with diagrams and bags of numbered nuts and bolts. The benches are very comfortable. The furniture not only looks but feels robust. We discovered the company at the Liverpool Christmas market and I immediately noticed the furniture they had on display looked so much more solid than anything I had seen in any of the big chain stores. Delivery was prompt - a few days after the initial order and delivery including bringing in around the side of the house and dropping in the garden - none of this ‘kerbside’ nonsense where you get to drag it around yourself. Just had delivery of our garden furniture today and what an excellent shopping experience it has been.
From the start, ordering at Filey food festival from Ian. Ian spent time explaining all about the product and delivery, which gave us the confidence to place an order after adding that they could deliver to Hampshire. Small deposit needed and balance paid on delivery and after any required assembly.

About 3 weeks later I got a call to arrange delivery and a date was agreed. A couple of days prior to agreed delivery I received a text message reminding me and another one from Simon the day before delivery confirming date and time.
Simon delivered as agreed i.e. time and assembled what was needed all done professionally and courteously.
What a fantastic product and service.
I highly recommend this company.

We bought a 6ft table two benches and two chairs. From Andy at a festival in Whitstable, we left a small deposit and Andy said he would deliver two days later at end of festival. Two days later got a couple of phone calls to confirm delivery Andy put it all together we paid the balance in cash and the quality of the furniture is great , the customer service we got from Andy was fantastic and we would happily recommend

I ordered a set which compromised of a two seater seat, two singles & table. It also came with drink shelves that over lay between the seats, which are removable so you can change the layout whenever you want. As I ordered from the country living Christmas fair I was a bit nervous as to how my set would be when delivered, although I only had to pay the £20 delivery upfront, the rest you pay when delivered.
I had nothing to worry about, the set was very well made, sturdy and looks fabulous in my garden. When I next stumbled upon their display at the big cat sanctuary, I ended up buy a planter to match my seating set! Amazing quality for the price, I would definitely use them again & again...
.just need a bigger garden!

Just had delivery of my large square table, 2 benches, 4 chairs parasol, base and cushions.
Nathaniel delivered it polite and friendly great service.
One of the cushions was marked spoke to Denise in the office sending a new one out immediately.
Couldn't ask for any more .

Bought a swing from the good food show. Said delivery March but arrived today January! Was rang by driver to say he would be delivering about 5. He rang again to let us know he was running a little late. Matt was brilliant! Polite helpful! He assembled it super fast. Didn’t moan about doing it, just did it was super efficient! Charles Taylor I hope you know you have a great worker here!
We had a table and chairs at least 6 years ago and it’s been in all weathers and still in lovely condition. I oil it once a year.
This is a great company that produce quality furniture to last at a great price!!

So now the weather is getting better, my Charles Taylor garden furniture came the other day. It’s brilliant, the delivery came at the time they said. The wooden furniture is great, and knowing it’s coated in weatherproof oil is good. Well worth the money, thank you.

We were delighted when the furniture arrived earlier than stated, as it meant we weren't hanging around. Brilliant service from start to finish. I was a bit wary of the negative reviews, but I found the service to be impeccable. The customer service line is quick to connect to and the advisers were able to answer all of my questions. The delivery was faster than the date I was originally given and a text was sent the day before. The delivery man was lovely, he carried all furniture inside to my garage (I didn’t want the swing assembled, but that’s definitely something he was prepared to do). The swing was not damaged in any way, beautiful wood and grain, looks very luxurious. 10/10 recommended!

Bought a three seater swing chair from here which was delivered - and for my great surprise assembled in about 15 minutes - by easily the coolest delivery driver I’ve ever come across. The guy is a superstar.
The chair itself is really good quality and looks awesome in the garden.
Yes you have to wait a while for it to be delivered but this is only a first world problem. Does not matter.
Overall very impressed.

Had my Charles Taylor Garden furniture delivered today, on the right day, At the right time. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company from the team at the self build show to the very polite and helpful lad who delivered the furniture.
This stuff is well made, sturdy, great value and good looking.

Just had a Henley arbour and chairs delivered by Dan. He rang the night before to let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. The furniture looks lovely and Dan was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Just been reading the reviews on here, well, can't get my breath. I had my furniture delivered this morning, after talking to a rep in Merry Hill shopping centre in March. Said I wouldn't want it til August due to sorting the garden out. Got the garden sorted emailed asking if I could get it earlier, not a problem.
Arrived this morning, it's beautiful, 2 benches, 2 seats and a table. I love it. I ordered from this company 15/16 years ago, the same sort of set and I've only just got rid of it for a new set. Delivery driver Stuart txt me night before, be here at 7 am and he was, he was fab.

I ordered a Charles Taylor bench set from The Range back in July and was aware that it would be delivered in September.
However I was not kept up to date by them, apart from an e mail stating that the benches would be delivered on 13th September. The date came and went and there was no delivery so I contacted The Range via e mail but didn't receive a reply.

Fortunately Charles Taylor company are proactive and contacted me to ask how my bench was, and if I was a satisfied customer.
When I told them I hadn't received it yet, they made enquiries and got it sorted and delivered within days.
The operator was very efficient.

The delivery driver (Simon) contacted me to tell me when it would be delivered, he was very friendly and informative.
The benches themselves are beautiful, well made and sturdy. I love them !!!!

The Range did send a confirmation of delivery thereafter, I assume Charles Taylor co had contacted them.

I would definitely buy again from Charles Taylor but perhaps trade with them directly.
I'm very pleased with my purchase and with customer service from Charles Taylor.
I do wonder how long I would have waited if it wasn't for their intervention.

Bought the 6 seater table and chair set recently complete with cushions and parasol, very solid well built furniture that will hopefully last many years, just ordered some wood protection oil for it to help with the weather, not used the cover yet so can't comment on that, just remember to occasionally check all the bolts for tightness, said it would be around 8 to 10 weeks delivery but arrived well before, Mr's was well impressed she ordered the companion set to! Very pleased with everything so far

I recently purchased a two seater swing from this company. My initial enquiry was dealt with speedily and was very helpful and friendly. The delivery was also arranged promptly and efficiently. When the swing arrived Mike was very friendly and assembled the swing in no time. I am extremely pleased with it. It is solid wood and looks very classy and compliments my garden. An extremely happy customer who would recommend.

We recently bought the two-seater garden bench and the family love it. Very pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship. Really nicely designed bench, very easy to assemble and excellent value for the price. Communication was mostly very good, with swift responses by email and friendly staff on the phone. However, I didn't receive any delivery/tracking info so was surprised to return home one evening to find it had arrive. All in all though we're very pleased with the bench and would definitely recommend. Many thanks again!
