Unicorn Inn

Had an excellent meal in the restaurant of this lovely Inn. The food was hot, well cooked and really tasty. The portions were generous and there was a good choice on the menu. We had no complaints about the service and the decor and the atmosphere was very nice. The prices are a little more than the usual cheap brewery chain pubs, but still very good value. We will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend this Inn.

A 16th birthday meal for our grandson. Everything great as it always is at this place - other than a little early hiccup that saw my wife and I standing awkwardly around the entrance to the restaurant for several minutes waiting to be seated. It didn't spoil the evening......

Had our sons 21st birthday in the restaurant and have to say how fantastic it was. The food was excellent and the staff were so nice and friendly. Looking forward to going back there again soon.

A lovley English country village pub. We have been here twice now this year after visits to Twycross Zoo, each time with a large group (10 - 13 including children) and have never been disappointed. The food, drinks and service are always top class. Atmosphere and ambiance is lovely and prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Took my Mum for lunch here today, lovely atmosphere and great value for money. I had the Shropshire pork that was absolutely beautiful and Mum decided on the Ploughman's lunch which she said was lovely! Would highly recommend! Definitely will be back again!

Since our last visit its had a total refurb , which is very open light & spacious. The staff are superb, polite & helpful, the meals were excellent. Most recommended

Fit 9 of us in last minute and the food was lovely. 4 of us had the sizzling steak and it was beautiful.

Made a last minute booking for a Saturday night and managed to get us in. Staff all very friendly and the food was very tasty. Will be returning again. Thanks.

Beautiful food for the most part, overdone steak on one of our orders but couldn't fault anything else. Large portions, so decent value. Staff polite, friendly and quick to clear away

Lovely village pub we booked a table for lunch wide Choice on the menu ,vegetarian choice was very tasty 1 friend had that. I had a panini .too much for me it came with salad, coleslaw and chips .I saw a fish sandwich being delivered to the next table with all its attachments I think it would have fed two .Prices for lunch weren't too excessive either

Great family meal, very accommodating to requests made, really great food and large portions great value for money.

Big portions, lots of choice on the menu and attentive staff. It was quiet when we visited. And there's a large car park to the rear.

Refurbishment has not changed this lovely country pub. Always busy. Found that just after midday is ideal time as always tables available.
The food is plentiful and freshly cooked.
Bar service is welcoming and friendly and waitresses are helpful, polite and efficient.
A regular place for us to visit and would recommend
