Excellent service in today's climate ,very professional and excellent reception

My opinion .receptionists not competent communicators. Failed to return a call when they said they would. Terrible telephone manner. An example of this is, instead of asking if you mind being placed on hold the receptionist says ...."bear with me" and immediately places you on hold with no explanation as to why!? They did not apologise for not calling my wife back when they said they would. Instead when I tried to convey to the reception staff in person how this affected my wifes mental health, the receptionist was very aggressive in the way she spoke to me and just tried to pass the buck, tell me I was wrong and my wife was wrong and then to top it off complained about my conduct. As a result of this Dr sommerville has put a mark against my name as aggressive and intimidating. I have video evidence to prove that the receptionist is a lying antagonist! I will not be using this practice again!

Appauled at the judgemental, unprofessional service.

Did not use the number provided (they asked for it but did not use) to contact person seeking medical help.

Receptionist was rude when called back 2 hours after initial call and said they were "calling now" before hanging up. (Calling someone now... someone that has just called you and is still in that call...?)

Upon finally contacting the correct person, they did nothing but criticise and attack the person seeking medical help. Not knowing the full story that what the doctor was judging had been forced into action by another, another who had seen the problem over a period of time and not sought out any form of advice.

As I said, unprofessional, judgemental, need to focus more on the potential solution.
