Willie was great. First question he asked was if we were sure what we had were wasps and not bees, which was a clear sign he is environmentally conscious so a big plus for us. He is quick and efficient, our wasp nest was in the roof space of our baby's nursery and he sorted that quickly without making a mess. Also he's a very pleasant person to chat to! Would highly recommend his service
