Alex is reliable and the fitting was great. Also very flexible as we had already bought our own underlay and gripper and Alex was happy to use that. Can wholeheartedly recommend him.

From the start Alex kept in touch to make sure I knew what was happening at each stage. He brought samples to the house for me to choose from, then arranged a day and time to come and fit. The job was made more complicated by the existing state of the floors (nothing to do with him but due the age of my house!) but Alex talked me through solutions and bent over backwards to fix the existing floors before he laid brand new carpet and new vinyl. He was courteous, professional and works hard to keep his work to a very high standard. Honestly can't recommend him highly enough.
