Wide range of alcoholic drinks. Fairly good selection of sweets, perfumes ,handbags, also a small selection of toys.
A nice comfortable & spacious seating area,coffee & snacks available. Light & airy,large windows.
Toilets ,sadly some in need of cleaning ,NOT due to staff, just some not too caring travellers.

Lovely fresh looking building. Clean toilets (but can be broken), lovely views over the sea from the coffee shop. It's split into two floors. Ground floor is alcohol only. Top floor is coffee and Lego, perfume, make up etc.
Toilets on both floors. There is a lift for disabled/pram users. Trolleys are outside for loading alcohol onto.
Coffee shop serves fresh pastries, crisps, chocolate and Sandwiches. There's hot and cold drinks available.
Lovely seats, good views of the sea and most importantly: clean.
Would definitely recommend coming in here if you have time before the boat

The dining area was very nice with lots of space. I brought my own food and drink so can’t comment on the cafe. The duty free shop was very good and worth a look. The shop upstairs has lots of Lego and also a building / play area so great for children. There are toilets by the entrance and also upstairs behind the cafe. It’s worth knowing that as quite often when people enter they all use the downstairs toilets and the entrance gets pretty blocked.

Great deals! Mix n match 4 x 1 litre bottles for £40... It's better than the 70cl on the boat, and a larger range.

Very fancy outlet store at the Calais terminal, worth a visit for the wine. It's strongly biased to French and Spanish wines in terms of value. There are wines from Australia, US and other regions. Don't bother to look for German wines. There are beers mostly from Belgium but also from other countries. Some chocolate and other items. Also don't forget to bring the ferry ticket reference number, you maybe secure behind both French and UK custom but they need that ticket.

Previous reviews mention the condition of the toilets here. It may be a timing issue as I visited the generally closed ‘Duty Free shop’ as it describes itself, at 0600 am on a Thursday morning. Open, there was a coffee vending machine which for a contactless tap provided a very decent strong black coffee for what nowadays is a very modest 80 cents. The single gentleman toilet cleaner was diligently doing his job and the toilets were absolutely spotless. I complemented him on his work most deservedly. My quick photo was an afterthought and doesn’t properly reflect the overall sparkly cleanliness of this gentleman’s domain. On a footnote, after boarding the crossing to the UK all reasonable passengers were treated to the company of an extremely large group of football supporters intent on sharing their joy or anticipation with their fellow passengers - whether they liked it or not. Oh dear… I hate to consider the state of the shop’s toilets as the bar area looked as if it had very heavy use. Very heavy (7am!)

Came here and went to the shop, prices were a bit steep but they spoke great English. Sold ice tea so I was very delighted.

Had a good experience in the duty free shop. A special shout out to the nice assistant who helped us picking some nice wine. I believe his name was Julian Martin? His colleague was wonderful too sorry didn’t catch him name. They were both knowledgeable and polite. Well done and thank you!

Very nice excellent selection of goodies.

Really nice duty free, some great selection of perfumes and great 2 for 1 offers.
Also, a great Lego place where kids can play with Lego and also buy Lego sets.
The coffee area was beautiful (very hot though, the Aircon was off).
Best Tomato and mozzarella focaccia sandwiches, best by far.
Everyone should try them while they are doing a ferry crossing at calais.
