Very nice location, direct on the Lake. Close to the City Center and Evian Source.
Staff was so poletly and helpful. Very nice Experience. I recommend this Hotel for everybody.

My brother and I had a great experience at Hilton Evian this fall, the staff there is nice and welcoming. The weather wasn't the best but the location of the hotel and the indoor services made the weather completely irrelevant. We were nicely surprised to discover the spa, the restaurant, the gym, the navette, the electric bicycles, the games, the views, etc. Things we weren't expecting but that made our stay very nice!
It was my best Hilton experience so far.

We stayed two separate nights at this the Hilton Evian-les-Bains and truly wish we had stayed longer! The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake that will take your breath away. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. If you have access, the lounge on the executive floor has access to the roof which gives a gorgeous view of the lake (photo). This hotel is out of the busy city of Geneva and worth the small drive.

Great hotel with large comfortable rooms. Perfect location close to the city and the waterfront. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Very nice Hilton hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Only one small issue - there is no outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom, but that may be a local ordinance thing. There is public parking right under the hotel with elevator access into the hotel lobby, but it is not part of the hotel - you have to pay for it just like any public parking. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel, such as a spa, fitness center, and a very good restaurant. And the staff are really awesome; they are extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in downtown Evian-Les-Bains and is close to everything the region has to offer. A wonderful, centrally located place to spend a great vacation.

The 5* rating is mainly for Diego the AFOM whom I contacted prior to our arrival.
He very kindly surprised us with a very nice flower bouquet
for my older Mother as we where there for her birthday.

Wonderful place and excellent service. Felt welcome and appreciated as a Gold member and received upgrade with gorgeous views over the lake. Especially many thanks to Gül who made sure we had an excellent breakfast. She is a real asset to Hilton as a brand with her warm and genuine personality and I hope she receives the recognition from the management she deserves. Unbeatable location with breathtaking views of the lake. Nice pool but pool menu could have been a lot better. Hotel is a bit dated and needs a renovation, eg air conditioning didn’t really work. The lounge needs much better service but the views were amazing. All in all despite negatives we would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable, clean, fabulous service and great location. Restaurant was great both for casual dining and a little more sophisticated dining. Breakfast was great too with more than enough options, including made to order eggs. Excellent option for families. Spa was a little crowded but that’s not the hotel’s doing! Would definitely go back.

As a Diamond guest we were given a wonderful upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of the lake and a lovely balcony. The room featured a comfortable king sized bed, several chairs, couch and a small fridge. The bathroom was a nice size and there was a separate bidet from the toilet. Really nice amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash in large pumps on the wall.

The staff was so friendly as well. I had been communicating with them for months with various questions and appreciated their thoughtfulness. There is a local shuttle from the hotel that will take you to the train station and town and they even sprang for a cab for a destination a bit further out.

The grounds are gorgeous. Beautiful views of the lake, their own garden had lovely wooden statues and many places to sit. You are only a 5-6 minute walk from the ferry to Lausanne (highly recommended) and a quick walk into town. Flowers were blooming everywhere and it was gorgeous.

We took advantage of the Executive Lounge and had some nice snacks and cold beverages as well as the breakfast in the hotel. Lots of options, as a vegetarian I ate well. There is a relaxing spa on the ground floor with a pool and they do offer massage and other services.

I went out of our way to stay here because of how gorgeous this hotel looks online. It's accurate and the town is just beautiful. I would stay here again and again. Loved it!

Oh man, what a great hotel relatively near Geneva, Switzerland. It’s a Hilton therefore it is equivalent to style and class. Breathtaking views, good customer service and beautiful layout. Breakfast was delicious. Wide variety of items. I felt like a little boy in a toy shop. Everything was appealing. Good for the whole family. I strongly suggest. 👍🏻

Very nice hotel, close to pier and on the lake front. Rooms are big and comfortable, and so is the bed. Inside spa has warm pool and hammam + sauna, but those later are rather small. We did not enjoy outside (pool and terrace) as it's winter.

Wonderful experience at Hilton in Evian. The spa was a nice touch to have access to. Nothing spectacular, but gets the job done. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with everything we wanted or needed. The breakfast included is a MUST! Wonderful little buffet breakfast with great selections. The restaurant on site was great as well. The rooms and beds were comfy.

Amazing hotel... location, staff and everything mind boggling. I wish Hilton properties in North America learn from them on service, quality and how to treat Diamond members and their family. Exceptional.

Hilton North America most properties treat Diamond customers not at all what they deserve to be. At least I have not had great experience in last 2 to 3 yrs for sure. Blaming on Covid-19 is not a solution. I guess hotels are riding high right now due to demand and supply. But one day it will come when you want loyal customers loyalty and that's when you find out its not there as they might change brand preferences

Wonderful hotel in just a short walk from the shore of Lake Geneva. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, lovely spa and swimming pool, and an executive lounge with a roof terrace.

Nice hotel directly at the lake side. Nice and friendly staff, the rooms could do with some renovation. Very nice breakfast. Although the rooms are supposed to be non smoking rooms, we had been first assigned a room which was very smokey. However, we could change immediately with the friendly staff. Charging for electric cars is available, although slightly expensive

Vanessa and Vishal from Riva, as well as Diogo Almeida from reception were as pleasant and welcoming as anybody would expect. Certainly made our stay much more pleasant - and since this is a large operation, thanks to everyone else who works hard to make the guests happy as they stay here.

Especial thanks to Chef Pao, from Riva - Best Thai food we have had (and we were in Thailand for over a month) - felt great with such great hospitality. We hope to be back next year.

I had slightly higher expectations from Hilton but it was still perfect. The room was nicely spaced out, the beds were clean and the bathroom had everything. A bathtub, 2 sinks, very clean toilet and a variety of hygienic accesories. The breakfast was organized and tasty, and the staff was mostly prepared. The garden was very well decorated. Too bad that as a family, we could only use the outdoor pool. But the rest of the hotel makes up for it. Thanks Hilton!🙂👌
