Café Vigouroux

What an incredible cafe in the center of Paris. Walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. It was raining and we were looking for a place to just have a drink but after choosing Cafe Vigouroux we decided to stay and ended up tasting some dishes and drink. Everything was great! Outstanding food, good ambiance (perfect for lunch) and the service outstanding. We charged our phones, used the staff phones to check on our tours, drove them crazy with questions in both Spanish and English and had an exceptional time. Highly recommend you stop here for coffee, dinner or a drink.

This was a wonderful experience, and our first stop in Paris with kids while waiting for our Novotel hotel room. The waiter was wonderfully kind and funny, very hospitable to our American family. Grateful for this charming spot in Paris!

Third time back at this place. Prices are reasonable with the set lunch promotion! Loved the duck confit and escargot 🥰 It’s also located next to the metro station! Perfect if you’re looking for a yummy and pocket friendly lunch spot in Paris 🤟🏻

Delicious, super fast service, right next to the metro station châtelet, also has late night kitchen service. Quality/Price juste perfect.

A very nice local Cafe with inside & outside seating. The service was good & the prices very reasonable. The food was very good & based on the locals around us, the food choices look great.
We ordered a Chacuterie mixte & a carafe of wine. Both were excellent.
If you find yourself near the Chatelet Metro while shopping, stop by for a real treat

#4 Diary of a Celiac Girl: One of the best cafés in Paris. The place is really cozy, the food is homemade and delicious. Special mention to Victoria, she helped me a lot to order gluten-free options and they were all very nice all the time, we got the best experience out of the place. I really recommend it!

Fast and excellent service. Waiters can speak several languages and they always have a smile. Prices are affordable and honestly the food was very delicious. Good rapport price and quantity

Finding a 1€ coffee at the bar is like stumbling upon a unicorn in a sea of regular-priced lattes! But watch out for that terrace beer – it’s not just a punch to your kidney; it’s a knockout to your wallet, too! 🦄💰💥

This was the 1st place I ate in Paris. The staff was very friendly. When I asked about beer, the waitress said she didn't drink beer, but Kwak smelled like bananas. That was the best beer I had in Paris. Had a nice conversation with our waiter the last day about his family in the states. Great service.

I had a croque monsieur that came with frites and a little salad. Very tasty. I had the same on my last visit and my wife had a veggie burger. It was more of a breaded pattie.

Great place to hang out and people watch. Great service, great food and great beer. Can't tell you much about dinner options, but everyone seemed happy.

Great local café. They do homecooked french fries and mayonnaise which are delicious, as well as great croque monsieur and a number of drinks and foods. Go there if you're looking for a local place with good prices and good food !
