I visited this amazing place today the lock at my home was broken so went here to buy one sets they helped me a lot ...with a smiling place considérable price and person near the lock section helped really very much .... I would recommend everyone buying house repair products to visit this outlet.best customers service.

Amazing to have one of this kind of stores in the middle of Paris! They have literally everything! The staff are so nice and helpful, and the process of doing returns is very smooth. I had periods when I went to Leroy Merlin 3 times a day when we renovated the apartment. And I’ll be back many times 😄

Very good n very easy to use o buy things from Leroy Merlin Paris.

The easiest way to describe this store for those familiar to B&Q and IKEA, its like both stores combined AND more. I could have spent the day in there browsing but for the fact I had to get back to work🤣. Extremely helpful members of staff that I encountered (given the language barrier. I struggled to recall much French). A vast store, very well stocked and sign posted with markers on the floor to follow. I'd happily return to Paris just to have another browse!!

Good assortiment, helpful people, good location in the center close to the main hun chattelet les Halles. Helpful: at the exit you have a small workshop, where you can for example already cut pipes and beams to desired length so you can take them on the metro 😉

I have quickly found what I was looking for. Customer service was polite and incredibly helpful with answering all my question (also in English) and the security staff kindly helped me with securing my items so I can take them home easily despite their big size and weight. The location of the store is also very convenient.

Nice DIY place with a lot of parking difficulty, so you're better off not driving to there.

This place is amazing. It's a cross between IKEA, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Home Depot (or Lowes). We found everything from shelving to tools, bath supplies, building supplies, hardware, bedding, paint, plants and more.
