We just stopped by to have a drink before a concert: the warmest welcome, soft jazz playing, the atmosphere and our outstanding waiter made us change our minds quickly, and we shifted to a dinner table! I am so happy we did! It was THE BEST food we had in Paris, especially after horrible experiences at some of the topnotch Parisian restaurants this came in as a great value. Everything we ate was yummy, recommended dishes were delicious, when we were not sure which wine to pair our super guy took us to the bar and had us try varieties of French wine! We loved it so much we almost went back the next day! Ravioles foie gras was delicious , boeuf was excellent! Atmosphere was absolutely great! Cant wait to go back ! Thank you guys, sorry could not remember the name of the saint, which was our waiter’s name also 🥰

Such an enjoyable night, the food was amazing and our sensational waiter Pierre was an absolute legend. We were popping in for French Onion soup and then going to another restaurant for mains and another for desert. But due to Pierre and the amazing service and awesome French Onion soup, we decided to spend our whole night here. Well played Pierre and LEtincelle 👏👏👏

Amazing! Loved the chocolate mousse!

Sadly they didn’t have the saint germain cocktail so I got a g&t instead. Also great croque monsieur.

The cheeseburger was really good! Not too much cheese and the meat was a good volume. The pesto pasta wasn’t overly flavored. Perfectly balanced. The new team, especially Dorian, was great. I highly recommend stopping by.

Went here twice during our vist to Paris and both times was a great experience. The staff is full of energy and made for a wonderful experience. Great food and drinks in a lively great neighborhood. Merci!

A favorite spot in Le Marais for our family. We went several times last week during our holiday, and the service every time was great. Our waiter with the long hair was always attentive and quite friendly, and our food and drinks came quickly. We cannot wait to return again.

Café Étincelle is one of those places that just makes you want to linger. The moment you walk in hearing great Jazz it’s like being transported into the 1920-30’s. Original cocktail recipes line the dimly lit walls, as flickering candles reflect off the decorated mirrors. Watching the innovative cocktails being made at the bar under a tall crystal chandelier really is an event. Lightly clinking bottles and shimmering glasses really do create a ‘spark’ which gives this locals bar its name. The terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a cocktail and watch Paris happen too.

We had a lovely dinner and the atmosphere is very cozy. Their food was delicious esp.the onion soup which I highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful when we asked what about their famous menu.

What a wonderful experience! The cafe was extremely busy and our waiter (long-haired Axel) was so efficient, friendly, and pleasant. The drinks and food were all delicious. We are only in Paris a week, but we plan to go back before we head home!

Now I’ve eaten steak tartare in a Parisian restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiter perfectly attentive, and happy to check with the kitchen which items would be gluten free and so safe for my Coeliac son and I to eat. With just one night in Paris, this was an ideal place to eat - The only reason for not giving five stars for everything is the smell of cigarette smoke from nearby tables.

A good restaurant to have Escargot, if you wants to try something different.

Efficient service, they have some good rum choice, we took a 12 years old diplomatico and it was fine.

Loved this restaurant! Discovered it at the beginning of our week in Paris (Aug 2019) and enjoyed it so much we ate there twice more over the week. Great service each time. Only issue...can’t find the name of the pasta dish we enjoyed so much. Please provide!

Very good place ! A bit expensive but the service is really kind. On top of that it is located on a small place where no cars are disturbing the moment. I truly advise you to spend some time there for a drink at least. Even with the sanitary constraint, you have plenty of time before 10pm to enjoy !

Loved this restaurant. Seared foie gras with 3-cheese ravioli was to die for! Other dishes were great, service was some of the best I had in Paris. Drinks were some of best in Paris - old fashion was awesome! Prices were above average but worth it.

I ate here multiple times during my week in Paris. The staff were always courteous and polite even when my French was poor. They would happily assist me in English.
Whenever I end up in Paris again I’ll return here. Their goat cheese salad was divine.

The chocolat du Marais is so good! And I really loved the music and the atmosphere. 5 stars all the way!
