Great ski slopes for every ability, usually good snow quality. Can be busy

Lots of places to have a scenic piss

Also, not the best for snowboarding as there are loads of flat areas that can catch you out if you are not familiar with the area

Even though we visited at the end of the season there was still enough slopes and places open to enjoy 3 days of Skiing. Surprising quiet over the easter holidays which was great for our very first ski trip. Loved Flaine and will certainly be going back.

The resort is a bit uglier than others in the Alps, but it offers a truly great variety of slopes and off-piste at a decent price. At the top the Grandes Platieres you get stunning views over the Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles du Midi among other summits. Really great resort!

Great ski area, big, well connected, good facilities. Easy to get to from Geneva.

Has to be one of the best ski resorts I've been to with a massive, varied selection of slopes to choose from, suitable for anyone from a beginner to a skilled skier. Access is perfect too as it's in close proximity to Geneva airport with easy access by car.

Amazing, cost me about 30 pounds sterling to rent ski's, sticks and the boots. No need for a helmet

Very well planned out resort. Not as picturesque as some alp villages, but much more convenient, and close to Geneva airport.

It is a great resort with slopes for all snow riders. There is always snow as the resort is quite high. Of course this sometimes means waiting lines at the lifts. Prefer week days if possible.

Good intermediate / beginner ski area.
Result itself is ugly 😉
Some fabulous views and connects to Sameon.
If you ski the Cascades and miss the last row at Sameon a bus service can bring you back.

Post New Year is a great time to ski with less crowds. It's a resort for skiing and not so hot on Apres.

Excellent ski area, very snow sure in the spring. Still ski touring the whole mountain at end of May / beginning of June.
