The restaurant is a great experience. Chef Frederic creates superb dishes with local ingredients. Same story for the wines, rare, unusual but interesting and tasty. Make sure to combine your visit with a sleep over in one of the five rooms so you don't have to worry about the drive back home.

Beautiful food in a beautiful setting.

I was foolish enough to bring my 18 month old to a nice restaurant but they were totally prepared with a lovely hich chair for him. He didn't want to sit down so we moved our table outside so as not to annoy everyone inside. The garden had a huge variety of flowers and herbs for the baby to inspect and sniff so even though he was in a bad mood he had a lot to distract him.

Each dish was light and extremely flavorful, using the wide variety of vegetables in season. The wait staff were lovely, even more so considering the baby. We had the 5 course menu where each dish was completely different. We now wish we got the 8 course menu just to see what else the chef could come up with.

There are some lovely tables scattered around the garden and a lot of people had their coffee outside because it was so relaxing.

Very nice Hotel and Restaurant. The view is just beautiful. Rooms were clean and very cosy, whole hotel was decorated with lit of live for details. The employees gave us the feeling as if we were at home, we felt very welcomed. All of them were speaking fluently English. The food is just Delicious. Also the breakfast with a lot of homemade stuff like muesli, Marmelade, compote and eggs from own chickens.We can recommend this for all lovers of good food and nice hotels, even for families and pet owners. Merci beaucoup for the very pleasant stay. We will come back soon, for sure! We give this stay 10 from 5 stars. ☺

Picturesque location in the countryside of Savoy , rooms are calm and charming. The food was amazing and creative . Every course was cooked with local products. Prices are fair as they have high standards and just got their first Michelin star. Owners are friendly and the staff attentive . Highly recommended!

Enjoyed a beautiful dinner here. As a Michelin guide restaurant it is quite expensive but we enjoyed the 5-course 'discovery' menu which has great local ingredients and seasonal flavours. Staff were great at explaining things in English and the setting was very comfortable.

My first experience at a restaurant with a michelin star. The host was great not stiff but a warm welcome. Every dish was so beautyfull to see and so tastefull. It was a great experience to have diner at the beautyfull moulin. I never forgett.

Rustic yet classy. Peaceful and quiet valley surrounded by mountains. Rooms tastefully decorated. French press coffee, croissants, and sweet breads with breakfast. Quaint fine dining restaurant offering fine wines and gourmet food. Propietors who not only love what they do but do it well.

Beautiful place. Bedroom lovely and cosy, simple but tastefully decorated. Dining room gorgeous. Food delicious, and the wine. Service outstanding, very knowledgeable and amiable. Breakfast good, great coffee and homemade jams.

Highly recommend this place. Great fresh tasting menu with a focus on locally grow. Fresh organic ingredients. Did I mention it was fresh?

Fabulous and very surprising gastronomic restaurant. Close to nature, with astonishing local products, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.

A real inn: rooms upstairs and a restaurant downstairs. Wonderful to stay at because the atmosphere is relaxed, but everything is taken care of.

cuisine engagée et très novatrice d un excellent rapport qualité prix. avec des accords parfaits issus de beaucoup de recherches et d innovations. à recommander aux amateurs de belles tables. les patrons sont de grands professionnels sympathiques et cordiaux avec qui l on à plaisir de découvrir de bonnes choses

Quelle merveille ! Le lieu magnifique, l'accueil et le service aussi élégant que courtois et naturellement la cuisine gastronomique de Frédéric Molina qui allie avec talent les saveurs des meilleurs produits de saison avec une inventivité qui charme nos papilles. Quant à la carte des vins, elle laisse sans voix par sa richesse, sa variété et des prix étudiés. Mais attention : dès la sortie du Moulin, il vous prend une irrépressible envie d'y revenir !!
