Verkäuferin war leider erst nicht vor Ort und es war nicht ersichtlich, wann jemand kommt, der Laden war jedoch offensichtlich geöffnet.
Nach wenigen Minuten kam sie jedoch und unser Sohn hat einen sehr leckeren Crepes erhalten. Sie waren so gut, dass er am liebsten mehrere gegessen hätte;)

He IS friendly, BUT, if you're worried about hygiene, I wouldn't go here. He touches the money, then touches the food... Plus, he didn't always wear his mask during Covid (I walk by there regularly) even though he was sitting by the food. I bought a crèpe a few years ago and he didn't use gloves.
I decided to get a crèpe the other day, and I see that things haven't changed. He took my money, gave me change and fixed the crèpe. I was so paranoid, I just threw the crèpe away.
He DOES however take "carte bleue" but I don't know if he could accept non-EU credit cards.
We were at the main window when we asked for an ice cream, so he asked us to go to the other side of the stand to give us the ice cream. Then, when I asked for a crèpe, we had to go BACK to the other side... I don't understand why he couldn't just turn around to get us the ice cream.... Long story short: eat at your own risk.

Je suis passé récemment chez Bertani. Le vendeur a été très désagréable. L'air hautain. J'avais l'impression de le déranger. Il n'avait pas l'air de vouloir travailler.....
Dommage car les galettes etaient bonnes mais l'accueil vraiment pas chaleureux...pas sur de vouloir y retourner!

The gentleman who was cooking pancakes treated us very unpleasantly and arrogantly. When he asked what kind of pancakes we would like, I said I didn't know yet because it was only written in French, and there was no English translation. In a decent place, they at least ask how they can help, what we had in mind, which item from the menu they should translate, instead of mocking us and saying it's like this because we're in France. I thought he would want to sell to foreigners as well, not just to the French. After that, we waited another 5 minutes while he preferred to chat with another group rather than taking our order. I can't even evaluate the pancakes because he was so arrogant that we decided to leave. I do not recommend it!

Déçue de la prestation, crêpes grasses, on aurait dit du nutella dilué dans de l’huile. En plus un de leur personnel se plaint que le monde ne va pas bien et s’attache à faire de la politique, dommage ce n’est pas le lieu idéal pour des crêpes savoureuses. Tout le monde a des hauts et des bas, mais le client n’a pas besoin de le ressentir.
