Avis Location Voiture - Roissy En France

I had good experience with this company.
My car already had some scratches and dents. I was driving carefully and parked only in safe places. So, there were no new damages.
I think people complain here because new scratches their cars get are unnoticed for the reason they appear while a car is parked in unsafe place or too close to other cars or sidewalks. Especially it is relevant for the capital.
Upon arrival the gas tank was almost full ( huge traffic jam near Paris). It cost me additionally about 11 Euro which is acceptable. In France petroleum costs 1.80-2.30 €.
I got the car from the same class I ordered.
Roads are narrow, that's why they buy smaller cars. For driving near hills or mountains I recommend to take SUV.
I waited for 40 minutes for my car to get ready, but that's ok. People are late sometimes to return.
In the first day receptionist girl and man were very friendly and their English was excellent.
3 -5 years of experience is not so bad requirement for rental. Many narrow roads would require even more practice in reality.
Take insurance from aggregators like rentalcars, booking, kayak. It will cost much less and will save your nerves (for the case you are not sure in your driving skills or do not have a good place to park).
I also recommend to save another 20 minutes to find this location and return the car, so you won't be late on plane.
One suggestion to AVIS receptionists: explain clearly to clients to check car for damages by themselves on pickup.

I rented a van for 9 persons, and the van was clean and big enough for us. The waiting time was less than 15 minutes and the process was easy and fast. Definitely I recommended them and I will use them again.

Contrary to other horrible reviews, we experienced no issues at all. There was no hard sell for insurance coverage, the counter agent was very pleasant, and there was literally no line when we arrived. Our car was ready - in fact, we got an upgraded car for no additional cost. The only problem I would say is the the lot where the cars are kept is very crowded and cramped, some of the spots are missing signage (we found our car using the "clicker"). Overall signage coming to and going from the lot was a little difficult because of the language barrier (US/French), but that is my problem, not Budget's.The return was very easy, and the lot attendant was right there to meet us, and she was really pleasant.
Overall, this was a very good experience, and I would not hesitate to rent a car again.

Wonderful experience, Lina, our contact on site was more than helpful and very nice despite the fact that we bother her at 6am ! Smiling and understanding our concern, she fully answered our needs and help us get everything neat.

Counter and lot agents were very friendly and helpful; did not feel pressured into buying extras; first vehicle would not start so they upgraded us. On return we were charged a refueling option fee because the fuel gauge did not read full but when we presented a receipt for fueling plus a photo of the gauge at pickup we were refunded. Perhaps they should consider actually refueling vehicles on return because I suspect the previous renters were charged despite returning it full due to a defective gauge. Always take pictures of the vehicle including mileage and fuel.

Rented a car to go to Italy from Paris. Quick pickup, nice car. No problems. It was great!

Overall great experience renting with Budget, but they are very strict on renting time. I rented the car by 8am, I was there a little earlier, I have to wait until 8 to get the car.

I booked the car in advance, finding the car, getting it and dropping-off were great,. The car was in excellent condition and our travel was great!

In my view, Avis are the best car rental service out there. I have tried several of the others over the years and they just don’t compare. This rental was no different. Super easy reservation. Even easier pick up and return. And no issues during our rental at all. Highly recommended.

I have rented to many Avis locations in the US and Europe, and this location may have been the friendliest that we’ve been to. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who checked me in to give him praise for his customer service. Very welcoming, super efficient and nicely explaining what we were getting (car and specifics). The location made me glad to be an Avis Preferred member, and it showed what great customer service was.

I booked a car at CDG terminal 2 and the plane landed at T1. But it was no issue for me to check in at the counter of T1 and have a good car available. The check in process at the counter was smooth and the agent was very helpful and friendly.

2.When the car was driving more than 1000 km, the AdBlue light came on, but I got immediate assistance at the Avis counter at the Clomar train station, thank you.

The employees were extremely helpful. The location was so convenient. Instructions for the return were clearly marked. We will definitely rent from Avis/Budget again!
