This establishment is exceptional. Modern, well equipped and staffed with knowledgeable, professional people with excellent English. They saved the life of my dog Hector and we will be forever grateful.

Great experience with Neurologist Dr. Debreque. Warm welcome with thorough examinations, clear explanations of risks and possibilities and no time pressure feeling. After being advised to go to this clinic by a friend, I was SO PLEASED I did - I strongly recommend it in every aspect. The amenities are spacious and very considerate of different types of animals (the cat and dog areas are separate with different kinds of seating, etc.), and the staff is very friendly. The doctors are more knowledgeable and thorough than in most clinics I've been before (I visited Dr Debreuque, a neurologist which I can't recommend enough!), and they truly go above and beyond for your pet. Pricing is very fair, and the clinic is open 24/24 all week, which is unheard of. 15-25 mins drive from Geneva. 10/10 from me.

Very high standards with extremely professional and nice vets.

One year ago my late cat was treated in this hospital and the veterinarians were extremely kind, professional and caring. I scheduled an appointment for my cat and arrived late, at the reception they were very friendly and found another appointment for me inmediately. Dr. Fuchs is very professional and delicate with my animal. 10/10

Excellent service and treatments
They need more staff to reduce the waiting for the clients,and animals,even in to the normal visit with appointment.
Delays up to one hour every time with appointment
But never the less they have best service,since they have the monopoly in the area.
The question is one day if competition comes what they will do.

I have been very impressed with the level of care my GSP Rosa was given at the animal hospital. My highly energetic hound had to have a metal plate & screws placed in her front leg after a little accident. Same day operation by Dr Fabrice Bernard fixed her injury. After 6 months of rehab, return visits to the centre Rosa is now back to running in the mountains like before. I am truly impressed and very grateful for all the care and attention Rosa has received. Everyone is really nice and friendly. With the level of operation and care received the cost is reasonably priced.

They were very kind and attentive with my cat. They are a little bit expensive compared to others by I think it's worth it once you see how they treat your pets and the installations they have. They speak French, some of the veterinarians speak Spanish and some also English.

This wonderful hospital saved my beloved cat and treated us both with kindness and care. They are an extraordinary team and I will be forever grateful to them.

My French Bulldog got a surgery on 2 herniated discs back in june of this year and the service was impeccable. He stayed 6 days at the hospital, the doctor himself Mr Antoine Bernardé called me everyday to give me an update about my dog.

Incredible. Lovely veterinarian. Clean. Still an ongoing issue with our dog but they are doing all they can and make sure he's comfortable in the meantime
