AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID! We are extremely disappointed with service provided. UNPROFESSIONALL and UNHELPFUL. NONE OF THE ADVISE IS GIVEN DURING THE PROCESS. The CHED was incorrectly done and the truck spend a few days in SIVEP control, where after all was sent back tot he UK. In a final, the truck received the bill for the amount up to the sky and none of the service was completed. THERE ARE OTHER AGENCIES in CALAIS that are fully professional!!! THE ASD only takes your money, for nothing! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER BROKER in FRANCE. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF, DO NOT USE THE AGENCY.
