Exceptional qualitative food and a very good server.

I would always go for the 3 course meals as it's the best possible deal you can get.

Looking forward for another visit if i'm back in town.

Ignore the person who gave this restaurant one star, they must be mentally ill or a saboteur. Impeccable location with a scenic view of Medieval city Langres and a new, contemporary interior. The food is Michelin star rating worthy and one of the best meals for lunch I have had outside of Paris. Certainly worth of detouring off the autoroute or making a special reservation. Friendly staff and a nice bar cafe seating area as well. Fantastic outdoor seating under trees in the summer.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on the 20th June. We were looking for some good French cooking and this place tucked all the boxes. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant everytime.

Walked all around Langres and decided this looked the best choice. We were not disappointed by their Prix Fixe menu, we took the pintade, delicious. Friendly service and acceptable price

Excellent lunch on a Sunday. Very good French food, very friendly service, nice atmosphere. Deserts were splendid.

Lovely setting on the medieval walls of the (never breached) fortified city of Langres. Sitting on the terrace under the huge chestnut trees there's an open panorama of the surrounding countryside and a view of the triumphant 17th-century Porte des Moulins.

The cuisine is a step above your garden-variety bistro, served with a laid-back and friendly attitude. The pace of life in this corner of France isn't exactly frantic, allow yourself to savour your meal. The chairs are comfy perfect to take your time, have an aperitif, and enjoy a pause between courses... in other words, when in Langres, do as the Langrois do. The homemade mille-feuille is worth the trip in itself, just for its flaky, crispy-creamy goodness.

Une villa incroyable sur un cadre céleste.
Une réussite à tous les niveaux pour les entrées, plats et desserts

Des entrées délicieuses :
Tomates à l’ancienne au pesto, burrata et rapé de parmesan.
12 Escargots de Bourgogne au beurre persillé, marinés au Chablis.

Un plat tendre et succulent avec des légumes de saison : le Confit de boeuf accompagnés de ses légumes.

Et un dessert transcendant :
Le Délice de l’été, biscuit sablé, crème mascarpone, menthe fraiche et fruits de saison

Le service était très accueillant, les gérants sont très gentils, je recommande vivement.

Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Service war hervorragend und sehr freundlich, unser Hund hat sogar seine eigene Tasse bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Burger auf den Punkt gebraten. Lediglich die Pommes Frites hätten etwas knuspriger sein können. Dafür war aber der Café Gourmand klasse.

Repas fabuleux, des découvertes gustatives dans chaque plat, des légumes frais et non habituels, assaisonnement parfait et bien équilibré, excellent du début jusqu'à la fin.
