It is actually with a heavy heart, I write this review. We have been professional and personal bankers with BANQUE TARNEAUD (now Societe Genrale - SG) for 13 years. Over the years, the relationship has gone from strength to strength with previous team-members Sophie, Stephane, Lydie and Edward. But sadly the relationship has all but disappeared.
I cannot recommend the current team nor the changes.
You can no longer speak to someone easily, if you are discussing your personal affairs they will allow access to another customer.... ALL CONFIDENTIALITY/PRIVACY HAS DISAPPEARED.
Should you question any incompetence on their part, you are patronised, bullied, over-talked, disbelieved, belittled and at times intimidated.
Currently, if you have an issue with your account, there is no possibility of speaking to them at short notice (multiple calls today.... unanswered), since 03 April 2023 p.m. everything is by RDV only (although apparently this will change at some point).
Should you require to deposit cash into an account (without a bank card), this is no longer possible, everything is conducted via the banking machine.... Should you have a card and it does not work, you have to wait for a replacement card in order to deposit the cash, they will not accept cash now (previously not a problem).
Previously upon depositing cheques, they would generally appear in your account within the day, at most the next day, unless there is an issue. Now the standard procedure is Deposit Monday/verified Tuesday/possibly appear Wednesday.
I understand transitions can be difficult, but the poor service, flagrant disregard for confidentiality, inability to accept responsibility commenced prior to the change from Tarneaud to SG, indeed it all started with the change of team.
I cannot in all good faith recommend SG-TARNEAUD Piegut-Pluviers

Si vous cherchez une vraie banque... Fuyez !!
Lent, incompétent et se permettant de vous prendre de haut.
Nombre de clients déçus, particulier ou professionnel, leurs services est lamentable !

Exemple : chèque déposé le 29/01, le 15/02 toujours pas encaissé !!

Une amie a commandé un appareil à carte bleue pour son commerce, elle l'a attendu plusieurs mois !!!

Même la banque postale assurera un meilleur suivi et sera plus compétente pour gérer vos opérations bancaire...

Donc ne faite surtout pas l'erreur de devenir client chez eux et faite quelques centaines de mètres pour ouvrir un compte dans une autre banque.

Des incapable on demande un renseignement sur un montant d'un chèque et sa me dit qu'il faut payer 50 e pour le renseignement lamentable banque de riches je ne recommande pas nul 😡😡😡
