We loved this place so much, we went two days in a row! One day for lunch and the next day for breakfast.

Very friendly service, they are warm and welcoming. They serve delicious, quality dishes that really highlight the local seasonal produce at its best, for a fair price. The restaurant itself is modern, clean and simple and super central in the city, what more do you want?!

FYI: I would add for those who want to visit for their breakfast (highly recommended!!) that it is only served until 11:30am. This is not mentioned on their menus or online but is good to know because you wont want to miss it! They also served a larger brunch selection on Sundays.

If you want to try some delicious authentic cuisine, that's the best place. The food is just delicious! The tart was above beyond, and Suprême de Pintade was something that made my day. Also, we tried entrecot and scallops — as good as the rest :)
Staff was very friendly and welcoming, there was no problem with English. Prices are pretty fair, especially for the quality of the food you get.
This is a must-visit place in the area, I totally recommend.

Delicious lunch place. The menu don’t have too many options but the food tastes amazing, and the waitresses are really helpful.
Paid 50€ for two starters and two mains, plus 2 glass of wine and soft drinks, pretty cheap for the quality of food.
Courgette soup was out of this world. Also the buckwheat snacks offered for free taste amazing, wish they were selling packs of it!

DELICIOUS BREAKFAST! Usually in France you will find small breakfasts that contain a croissant and coffee and juice but we like to eat a big breakfast in the morning. This place has a absolutely delicious breakfast and it had all the nutrients you need: from egg protein, fruit, yogurt and all you see in the photo. The serving was really nice! I even asked for another egg omelette that was a bit more cooked and they gladly helped me. Cheers! Thank you!

The steak (Aberdeen Angus) I took was out of this world. The restaurant should just make sure it brings some real steak knifes to the table. Make sure to try it out in case you come here.

The place isn’t very easy to spot from the outside, so make sure you don’t miss it when walking by...

Really cozy, modern café with homemade food and loads of special teas. For 10€ pp we had an amazing breakfast with bread, eggs/omlet, bacon/cheese, orange juice, coffee, croissant, pain au chocolat, homemade jam (rhubarb and plum-cinnamon), yogurt and fruit. On Sundays they also have a huge brunch. Definitely recommend it!

Perfect size restaurant for lunch. Portions were significant for plat size and large wine list. Prices were incredibly reasonable. On the touristy street Taison right underneath the gaudy dragon. Simple menu, friendly staff. The chef even came out to explain what the Chinese artichoke was. Will be back especially because I have seen they serve brunch which is rare in Metz.

We had a very nice breakfast. Hostess was very friendly. Superb coffee and tea. Nice marmelade.

Nous sommes venus pour le brunch à 23€ qui comprend des oeufs (brouillés, au plat ou omelette), une boisson chaude et un buffet à volonté sucré/sâlé et de boissons fraîches (jus pomme, jus orange, eau au citron). Belle proposition de différentes confitures, pudding au chocolat, viennoiseries, salade de fruits, pancakes, charcuterie…
Mention spéciale pour la tarte aux patates douces, une tuerie !

L’accueil est très agréable et la salle très épuré, nous reviendrons !

Nous venons de prendre un brunch pour l’anniversaire d’une copine, je dois suivre un régime sans protéines de lait de vache, le chef s’est tout de suite proposé pour me rajouter une délicieuse petite poêlée de légumes car une majorité des plats contenaient soit du beurre soit du lait.
J’ai trouvé cette attention, très délicate et appréciable.
L’ensemble du personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous, et les plats étaient très bons.
Je recommande vivement cette adresse!

Souvent de passage à Metz, j’ai pris l’habitude de visiter les adresses que j’apprécie. Effet des vacances et des fermetures estivales, j’ai découvert l’Instant au détour d’une balade à la magnifique rue Taison.

Nous avons commandé deux formules petits déjeuner à 7 euro chacune , la sucrée et la salée. Tout était très bon !

Les personnes qui évitent le sucre le matin y trouveront leur bonheur.

Il est possible également d’agrémenter les formules par des petites options très abordables.

La prochaine fois je commanderais les pancakes au sirop d’érable en plus.

L’accueil était superbe et attentif, excellente équipe féminine aux commandes lors de mon passage 💪💪👏

Je reviendrai certainement pour découvrir la carte du midi.
