My photo/vids prolly cant give enough justice how picturesque these views in person. No wonder this place is called as "The Venice of the Alps" 🤭

This is the iconic spot that represents Annecy from a tourist point of view. Enjoy the french architecture with the vibe of the Venice canals. I'd recommend coming early in the morning for photos and returning later in the day to enjoy a meal along the canal

I didn't get a ticket to go into the building but the view from outside is extremely picturesque. It's along the canal anyway and everyone should take a walk along this way from the lake - there's a bunch of quaint shops built into the old buildings, nice cafes, gelato, delis, churches and other historical buildings. It's no wonder so many Swiss either live here or get holiday homes here. It really is the perfect lakeside town. It gets pretty crowded and touristy during the summer though. Especially when it's only 45 minutes from Geneva.

A charming bridge, located right at the main entrance to the old town of Annecy and overlooking on one side towards the wonderful Lake Annecy, and on the other side - towards the peninsula with the museum - Le Palais de I'Île.

Warto odwiedzić Annecy, ale najlepiej poza sezonem. W sezonie letnim, trudno znaleźć wolne miejsce choćby na zdjęcie, ale wolny stolik w knajpie o dziwo zawsze się znajdzie :)

La balade dans la ville est vraiment sympathique. Les rues sont très animées.

Ottimo punto di osservazione su "Le Palais de l'Ile". Nota di colore: fa strano osservare, da sopra il ponte, la direzione dell'acqua del Thiou che, in quanto emissario, esce dal lago per proseguire il suo cammino fino a confluire nel Fier.
