Hotel & Spa Golden Tulip Aix les Bains

We arrived late, about midnight. They had everything ready, we only signed the paper and went to the bedroom. There is a water fountain close to the lift in every floor where you can fill the water bottles they leave in the room.
The room is big, comfortable, with a great coffee machine. The bathroom mirror did not get blurry by the moisture which is really a 5-star hotel feature. There was also two ropes in the room and plenty of towels.
The spa was good, maybe a bit small, but open from 07:30 to 23:30 which is great to relax before or after a long day of work. Breakfast was good and fair.
If I could suggest something to improve would be the lightning in the bedroom. It is either way too much or too little.

We had a great time at Golden Tulip. We stayed in for one night with our two kids, ages 4 and 6. We all enjoyed the pool area. (One of the floors in the spa area allows children, and the other is reserved for adults.) The children's area has a splash pool, a jacuzzi, a "river," a waterfall, and more. All the water is heated to various temperatures, all warm but not too hot for kids. We would definitely come back for the pools. (Room was nice too, and staff is very friendly.)

Very much worth the price I paid for it. Checked in with Golden Spritz very well done! The hotel rooms were large enough for 2 people! The beds were very uncomfortable I asked for 2 beds, I was given a 2 twins close to each other. There was constructions going on in the hotel (were there early february) so the noise started at 7.30am not so relaxing and goes against the calm and relaxing vibe the hotel is selling. Breakfast was awesome large selection of fresh food! The spa is exactly as sold if not more, start with the hammam, then sauna, jacuzzi, pool, on 2 floors just great very much relaxing and soothing definitely worth every penny! Great for an afternoon or overnight stay since you can access all the spa until 11.30pm!! Definitely recommend it and will come back!

This place was wonderful for me, however the 2nd bed is a sofa bed. Please understand. The Spa entrance was well worth it with the sauna, the hot tub, and the pool.

Great hotel and staff. Quiet. Very nice spa. Suites are well designed with comfortable beds. Restaurant also very nice with some interesting choices

Really nice hotel central to most things in Aix-les-Bains and only a relatively short 15 min. walk to les thermes. Really helpful staff and on-site covered parking
