It was one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had in my life! The animals are well cared for and the environment is beautiful and spacious!

I have been here in the fall, spring, and now summer, and it has been an amazing experience each time. The enclosures are somewhat generous in size, there's so many different species, the park and gardens are just so beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff is so, so friendly. We just love coming here!

Wonderful place. Just visited there for the winter season. There are a lot of variety. Bit difficult with the map
But still a good place worth going for hour children and even the adults who are not seen the winter animals.

Not like any other. I can't say enough how amazing it was to have the time to visit the polar bears and just stare at them for minutes.

The arctic animals in general are interesting and it's the first time I've seen such.

The zoo was not packed nor crowded and apart from one class of schoolchildren who were extremely quiet, there was not mess around. I visited numerous zoos and this one was the only one I left with the will to come back again and see it.

This zoo is spread out across a large area, many interesting animals. There are many places to just sit and observe or have a picnic.

Walking trought is full of plantlife and in the midst you can find the animals. Many animals roam free and others have big areas to roam when comparing to other zoos. Small batches of random areas of nice gardens of eden. Not many animals compared to other zoos, but it is not a problem. Family friendly and will go again for sure if at Mulhouse ever again.

Very neat, shadowy, lovely place.
I finally saw a red panda, and they also have 3 polar bears in perfect shape!
We had a stroller, and it was easy to walk in all the areas.
I loved it, recommended!

Beautiful parc! The animals are not shy to show themselves and we really enjoyed the walk in general surrounded by trees, flowers, and plants.
It was not crowded at all on a Friday afternoon, which made the visit even more pleasant :) we're definitely coming back!

Súper!!! It has many animals. A wide variety of monkeys (Marmosets monkey are my favourites). The first zoo where I see the red panda, and the blue birds from the movie Rio. 😅Although the weather was a bit cloudy, the site is worth a visit. On Saturday 9 they have prepared a plant market to welcome spring.

My local zoo. I have an annual pass and go frequently because I like the park-with-animals feeling. Its surrounded by mature trees and gardens are professionally maintained. Lots of secret paths for my children to explore. Also a lot of endangered animals. Not the usual zoo.

Polar bear, Lion, Tiger, Zebra, Wolf, Seal, Tortoise etc are some of main attractions... Very well maintained zoo... My kid had wonderful time as she was seeing the real wild animals for the first time... It is also a botanical garden... A toy train will take you thru the zoo if you like... But to spend time at each animal walking is better...A good place to spend 3 to 4 hours of time

A large zoo, situated in the hills above the town centre. Accessible by bus from the rail station. The zoo is also a botanical garden and is nicely set out. Large enclosure with underwater viewing for the polar bears. Good lemurs and monkey collection. A good day out.

When is a zoo not a zoo? When it is a big park as well. Although Mulhouse zoo is located in the city error, it isn't a town zoo like Basel zoo or London zoo. Don't expect to see all the animals that you would see at other town zoos either. Mulhouse zoo specialises in endangered species. The lions there are from India not Africa for example. Between the animals you can see many trees and plants. In fact you might ask yourself 'where are the animals?' But look hard and you will see plenty of different species of animals. A nice place to walk around in and certainly not a concrete jungle. Parking isn't a problem.

It's an amazing place. Plenty of animals, trees and stuff to visit. Make sure you go earlier because you'll be walking around for 3 or 4 hours because this place is huge, but worth it.
