As the name suggests, the big store 🤣. There was a lot of equipment in the shop. Brand goods are beautifully separated from each other. Sellers friendly, coffee machine sellers especially helpful. Can recommend and give advice. 👍

The place is very wide, easy to walk, the organization of things is very easy to find. Employees are there to facilitate customers. Lovely staff approach customers with great pleasure and take care of customers very well.

I have found that the service is of a high quality and friendly staff. And in many times get a little better price. Highly recommended and I will use as my main electrical place of purchases

The biggest electronics store in Scandinavia. If you are looking for something specific either this Gigantti or Verkkokauppa is your go to place. The service is always top notch and I believe their customer satisfaction meter (at the exit) have never been below 90%.
This store has fair prices and quite often really updated prices (except for DVDs but who buys them anyhow anymore).

Walked in at 11:02 on the first day of the Christmas sale, and walked out at 11:10 with my new laptop. All the staff were cheerful, courteous and helpful. Perfect Boxing Day shopping experience!

Always great offers and deals. The store is always clean and tidy and you never have to queue too long because they have enough checkouts open. They also seem to sell some more unusual products and foods yiu dont see anywhere else.

Fantastic service from Tatu in the phone department. His English was excellent and he stayed calm and patient as he described all options open to us (with an indiscive teenager in tow) . I was especially impressed with his good manners and ability to get the' right fit ' for us by not pushing the most expensive phone to boost his commision. Excellent service from Tatu!!! Ask for Tatui if you want customer friendly and knowlegble service in Vantaa Gigantti.
