One very long-term customer here. Excellent customer service, fast shipping on products that are already on stock. I am very sad, that they decided to close the store here in Helsinki. Always managed to find the products that I have been looking for and they have good discounts often as well. Plus for sponsoring the Finnish eSports scene. The work quality on custom computer assembly is good with proper cable management and so forth. Case example of fast service: Ordered custom built computer in Monday morning and it has been sent to Posti in Tuesday afternoon. Cannot be happier customer.

Jimms is bit expensive but they actually have a nice stock. I usually find my self from Jimms because I need something and they have it. Costs euro or two more but I appreciate the local business and their efficiency. Also note that price is not set on stone and coffee machine is free to use.

I cannot comment on the physical store, but I have nothing but good things to say about their online store. Customer service is exemplary! Good product selection and availability. Good packaging and fast delivery. You will also have a hard time finding better prices, and if you do find an item that is a few € cheaper somewhere else chances are that the other place charges you a shipping cost while I haven't spent a single cent on shipping from Jimm's purchases yet. They also have a good online catalogue that I find very easy to navigate compared to other similar stores. You can't go wrong with Jimm's!

Have been a customer since my teens. The service has gotten more expensive as they've expanded, but they're still one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest services around. They're also not ashamed of telling you another store if they think you'll get better service/hardware elsewhere or they're missing things from stock.

They are so fast it's almost scary. I ordered some fans around 22 pm and they delivered them to different city next day around 16 pm. No postal fees and price of the product still lower than other stores. That's just crazy. They also have the best customer service. I one needed case which was not sold anywhere in the colour I wanted and they were able to get it for me.

Quality parts with quality service. This has been my go-to-place for computer components (and other electronics) for years now. Warranty has been easy enough, as long as you follow the provided instructions. Friendly and helpful staff at the counter and also in the website chat.

I like the service they offer. They have as many product in the catalog as the big surfaces with well known names, they have good prices, the buying process in the web is great, the products have all the descriptions needed and they have a live chat and fast delivery.

I had a fast and helpful experience buying a laptop here! The clerk was honest and direct. He helped me find what I wanted and did not try to sell me something different.

If we ever need computer parts, we most likely end up ordering them from Jimm's website. Since we were already in the neigbourhood, store was must visit!

Store itself is very small but it really does not matter these days since almost everything is ordered online. I compared price for cpu cooler from the store vs online and if I am correct it was 5€ cheaper in the store!

I have read online that many people have had problems with Jimm's since the change of ownership but for our orders Jimm's has never failed to deliver! Posti on the other hand...

I just love this "little kiosk type"... Really.... Jimm's has grown to be the best chain yet... And I believe that there's a mysterious force at play ay here. If you're given a faulty product, it will be taken care of. And this is a shop from where I was sent a black edition 64 athlon that did 5Ghz, like it was merely a point iit started to warm up... Buy your IT whatever from Jimm's , and at the end of the case, Every one will have a smile on their faces. Kudos again! (beware, at help desk you might find yourself buying 24v fans instead of 12v ones.. I'm the dummy here , but you don't shoot used car sales men either... Guessing here... 😎) Normally the help desk folks couldn't be more friendly and, well, IT PEOPLE.. Love the place!!

Bought an RTX 3060 a few weeks back and they helped me with shipping as i lived outside of Finland. Great customer service!

I'll keep this review short, just because there isn't much that can be said about Jimms.

There aren't many stores like this in Finland. As much of a shame as that might be, I'm yet to have a moment where I think to myself "damn, i wish Jimms had this", mainly because this shop did amazing job at collecting pretty much everything you could think of. Whether you're building a cloud server, a home PC of any size or price, or your looking for new tech gadgets for around your home, these guys will have you covered.

And, one of the best parts about Jimms shop is, if you ever need to contact them about anything, they have people working the customer support 24/7!

Basically my standard place for getting pc components. Good, trustworthy business with reasonable prices when comapared to most other stores. Def would recommend.

Wide range of products and good pricing. The store is a bit hidden and one might want to get there via car. The store has gaming seats and other equipment available for testing.

Best PC store in Finland.

Only ever used the online store, but always have had excellent service.
