I called RM-Automotors to schedule an appointment for my car repair following the accident. I drove to the service center, took pictures, and was informed that they would contact the insurance company on my behalf. After three weeks, I called to inquire about any updates regarding the repair timeline, and they apologized for forgetting to send an email to the insurance company, telling me to wait. It has now been nearly three months since I have been waiting, and when I attempted to call, they did not answer. I definitely do not recommend this car service.
