So Awesome!
A really great place for young and older kids alike.
Adults have fun too. The Villi Virta can truly be a bumpy ride, don't take any child who's not a strong swimmer.
Bring a friend. The lockers require 2€ coins to operate, so bring some of those too. Bring water bottles and snacks, like orange slices, chocolate and salt crackers for when the kids get dehydrated and grumpy. The buffet is standard, quality Finnish food at average prices.
Excellent atmosphere. Very clean. Showing need of maintenance. Wheelchair accessible.
10/10 Thank you. Will happily return soon.

For 26€ (there are offers too) you can spend the whole day in the park, from opening to closing. you can take your own food and there are tables inside for eat. The kids have a lot of fun and adults too, not all the slides are for very young kids.

First time visit. A lot of space, plenty of slides and swimming pools, meal options and ice creams. Sauna is also good.
Thing to improve: showers in sauna area.

Aim for warmer weather.

At early summer there was not a lot of people around so all the slides were accessible with basically no queuing. A lot of different rides, slides and pools; a very good selection. Price for a whole day was 30,5€ per person which we experienced as a bargain. The age of the place shows but everything works. We were very pleased with the visit (two kids around 11 and an adult). Will visit again.

The slides are good if used properly.
When I went to the rides they flinged me to the bottom and it hurt my back but it was fun but u must ride safely

Took 4 kids there 11,5 and 3. All loved it and I had a great time too. Plenty to do if your allowed outside, (there was a chance of lightening for us, so weren't allowed out side for a hour or so) that didn't stop is having fun. Paid for a family ticket 135€ but was happy when I walked out.
Recommend the blue slide in the"green" pool or side. And the tornado!

We went to this water park with our 2 children (7&9) who are both good swimmers. We had a blast! I'd been about 30 years ago as a child and still had fond memories of it. Having read some of the reviews here, I was not convinced at all about going, particularly when I saw references to how dirty it apparently was.

It was clean, very quiet, very few queues (despite sunny warm day, but admittedly during the C19 pandemic), loads of slides, pools, etc. We swam non-stop from 11am to 7pm.

The only downside was that the showers near the sauna were cold by then time we wanted to rinse ourselves before going home. But that's not the end of the world as I'm sure everyone washes properly once they get home.

It's a place that isn't heavy on safety as is the case in some countries, like the UK or the US. It is safe, but there aren't lots of signs and additional barriers to stop people from doing silly things. It's a place where you are expected to use some common sense, not run on potentially slippery surfaces, not expect to have a green light to tell you when to get onto the slide (rather watch when the previous person comes out at the other end...), not hang over balustrades, not go under barriers, etc which you could, if you chose to and put yourself in danger. It's however not dangerous if you are a capable of being sensible!

Tip: take your own picnic.

We loved it! Our children want to go back again!

This is a big indoor water park in winter time, inside it's kept really warm and comfortable to stay. Finnish sauna and steam sauna plus jacuzzi and pools are enough for adults to enjoy, while children are having fun with different slides.

This was among our very favorite part of our trip to Helsinki, Finland! We were traveling throughout Scandinavia, and this was our first stop! It was really wonderful, and our very young girl had such a blast at the water park!

Amazing place! It's very expensive for what you get and it has something for everybody. It has crazy rides for waterslide lovers and less scary rides for people who are scared. It also has swimming pools for infants. The entrance ticket is 29.50€ and it costs the same on place and online.
