Great atmosphere and a very convenient location - close but still you are in the middle of the forest. Rooms are clean and cozy. The bed was really good! And the breakfast was good, especially the homemade bread!!! And don't forget to go to the sauna!!!

A spectacular and traditional Finnish hotel in the heart of Koli National Park. After our long backpacking trip in Koli National Park, Kolin Keidas was a spectacular place to stay and rest. I have only great things to say about this hotel, not a single complaint. The hotel is beautiful, a very traditional Finnish country house. Our room was really spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. One of the best things for us was that they are pet friendly, and we felt that our dog, Tango, was very welcomed. The location is awesome! You can get to the Nature Center, the port, and the main trails right from outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The sauna was amazing! Totally recommended to book a time and enjoy it. Also, the breakfast was delicious. The dry toilets, which are very traditional in the Finnish countryside and cottages, are the cleanest we have ever used. Finally, the people that manage the place were very nice, and the atmosphere was super friendly. I would totally come back to this hotel.

Very nice peaceful place, perfect for hiking in Koli. The eco farm has new amenities like toilet and shower, also they have toilet and sauna outside. The location is perfect, easy to reach by car, yet distant from busy touristic places. It’s located very close to the hiking routs, so you can start from there and go on several routs. The house is very clean and the vegetarian breakfast is delicious.

Great experience close to nature. Lovely wide garden and nice rooms. Fantastic opportunity to use the traditional Finnish sauna. Great hospitality and delicious homemade food are guaranteed.

We really loved this place and its atmosphere. It is an ancient house and there is no running water and private bathrooms, only a bio toilet outside, but it’s comfortable and so cosy. A special mention to be done for the old style sauna close to the wood: in the night it is enlightened with candles and it’s really a magic place. Visit this place!

Kolin Keidas is an very unique place to stay. Hosts are very friendly and I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an authentic experience from finnish nature.

After a hike in the koli-mountains you get delicious cake. Take time for a coffee.

Rauhaa ja luonnon kauneutta rakastavalle täydellinen paikka.Kauniit huoneet,hyvä aamiainen hyvällä palvelulla!Polut Kolun kansallismaisemiin lähtee majoituksen vierestä! Tulemme varmasti uudestaan!

Täydellinen paikka rauhaa ja maalaistunnelmaa etsivälle, joka ei halua aina majoittua hotelleissa. Ystävällinen vastaanotto, ihanan raikkaat petivaatteet siistissä huoneessa. Tunnelmallinen puusauna kruunasi vierailun. Hyvä aamupala. Kolin huipulle lähti reitti suoraan pihasta . Hyvä sijainti lähellä kylää.

Ihana luomutila, ystävällinen ja herttainen pariskunta piti tilaa. Oli ihana nukkua lakanoissa viihtyisessä huoneessa. Puusauna oli myös mahtava, vaikka oli aika pimeää, sinne voisi sytyttää öljylampun valmiiksi. Kukko ja kanat tepastelivat pihamaalla kun tulimme Kolilta takaisin. Majatalosta Kolille 2km kävellen.

Erinomainen sijainti ja lämmin, kotoinen tunnelma. Majoittuimme kauniissa hirsi- rakennuksessa, isossa kamarissa.
isäntäväki on hyvin mukava Kiti koirineen. Illalla saunoimme, ja aamiaisella odotti kauniisti katettu pöytä mm. lämpimät sämpylät, oman kasvinmaan vihannekset ja luomupuuro. Onneksi jäimme vielä lounaalle ja otimme kotimatkalle mukaan aamulla leivotut korvapuustit.

Ihana paikka viettää lomapäiviä.Rauhallista tunnelmaa maalaismiljöössä. Aittamajoituksessa nukuttiin hyvin ja sikeästi, eikä kukon kiekunta häirinnyt.Aamupala maittava ja sen voimin jaksettiin patikoidan Kolin luonnossa. Kasvisravintolan illalliset todella maittavat.

Todella kaunis ja idyllinen paikka. Rentouttava istuskella teekupposen kera kauniissa tuvassa. Yleisilme erittäin siisti ja sisustuksessa huokuu arvostus vanhaa ja maanläheisyyttä kohtaan.
